i.I found Steve very helpful to me. I thought some dust on the ground of my garage was from the exhaust and I went to ATS initially who recommended that I go to Steve in Laurel Motors. Steve carefully examined the car and after considering other possibilities including the exhaust and the catalytic converters, he felt that it was not from the exhaust or the catalysts but was from an external source - even possibly the left overs of mice. On further inspection it appears that it was in fact a powdery dust falling intermittently from the rafters of my garage. Had Steve not been such a good detective I may have asked for the exhaust to be replaced - which would have cost £1000! Can't thank Steve enough for his time, help and vigilance. This is a five star company.

J. B.Steve services our Mercedes Viano MPV and I've always found him to be highly knowledgeable, friendly to deal with and decent value for money.
I would have no problem recommending Laurel Service Centre especially to those running a Mercedes Benz - he is main dealer trained but without the exorbitant prices.
D. R.Had a problem with a broken spring and shock absorber due to potholes. Was fixed within a few hours due to mechanic having a lot of work on. Not sure if the job was expensive as I couldn't compare with another garage. Needed the job done that day.

Had to have the same spring replaced at the garage I have used for years, Croft Autos, and the price was miles cheaper.
