Staff are very friendly, know their stuff and have always given a fair price for works in the past. Popped in the other day (I know nothing about cars 😬) they looked, sorted and sent me on my way in 20 minutes with no charge. Will definitely keep coming back!

The colleague (John) saved my bacon and took my car in at short notice when my fan belt snapped. I can’t thank this garage enough for their help in my MOT and helping me out. I had been told my car was in a bit of a mess following an MOT failure elsewhere and was left with the message of it’s failed but we can’t do anything with it for over 2 weeks and we don’t recommend driving it! I rang Mersey garages from a recommendation from someone else and I can’t thank them enough. They got me in and fixed the car and did an MOT which then passed and now I’m able to carry on and go to work with my car now. Whatever happens next they will now always be my first choice and a full recommendation. Their friendly and helpful attitude lifted my spirits from what seemed hopeless the day before. Thank you

Well what can I say about this garage! The injector went on my sprinter van I phoned around many garages who wouldn’t touch it coz it’s a big job and very testing even to an experienced mechanic! I had no luck the AA gave me a list of garages and this place answered my call! I wish I had called them first instead of nearly every garage in Liverpool! They booked me in and did the job by the next day, my van is running as sweet as a nut now, the staff are all very friendly and polite! I will always go back to them in future and recommend them to everyone. Thanks again for fixing my van so quickly and professionally.

Had an air con compressor clutch and water pump replaced last week, fairly priced and a quickly completed job. Employee even collected and dropped off the car, however since I have had the car back, it's overheating and there's an air lock which isn't allowing the coolant back through the system. Called at 10am this morning and was told that they were busy over the next few days, hoping that this can be resolved asap as I've paid alot of money to have my car repaired and the current fault is a result of work that's been carried out.

Booked in to get my MOT and service. The customer service is fantastic. I was contacted to ask if I would like them to pick my car up and drop it off at no extra cost. Only garage I let touch my car. Brilliant every single time! Forgot the MOT had expired over lockdown and had to do a quick job on New Year’s Eve. Done under an hour! Past with no advisory. Paul and team doing a really great job.

Good honest garage and owners. I have used these plenty of times for the last 6 years or so. Always sorted my car to a high standard for a decent price and I would recommend them to anyone . Never tried to bump me for work not needed like some garages do . Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed 👍🏽

Never had any problems with these in the past but recently my car needed a new fuel injector which was replaced at just under £400. After this my car was running worse than it was before the replacement injector. Took the car back, they claimed they couldnt find anything wrong and insisted it would settle down. 3 months later, It's now cost me £1000 for more work (took it to a different garage for these because my calls and emails weren't being replied to) all because they hadn't replaced the spacers when they removed two injectors during the diagnosis. Wont let them change a tyre in future.

Excellent service. Kept me updated every step of the way re. My MOT and Service and very competitive with their prices. I feel they were very honest and even did some of the work for free. Picked up and dropped off and didn’t overcharge because I’m a woman. It’s the first time I’ve used them and I will continue to do so.

As a key worker working night shifts I was quite anxious when my car wouldn't start. After searching online for a garage who could collect my car in Liverpool I found Mersey Garages. Wade in the office was really helpful and understood the urgency of getting my car fixed for work. It was collected from my home the following morning ( social distancing adhered to) I was kept updated and my car was returned to me today all fixed and driving perfect.It took just 1 day to order parts and fix my car!! To say I am impressed is an understatement. AND there was an NHS discount, which I hadn't realised!! Happy days, I will be recommending Mersey Garages to all my nursing colleagues. Had scratches repaired on the car paintwork. Ken was fantastic - he was friendly, informative, reliable and upfront with what he was going to do (and his prices). He booked me in swiftly, and did a fantastic job - the paintwork is like new for a very good price. Ken gave me helpful information and pointed me in the right direction for other touch ups.

1st time I've used Mersey Garages upon recommendations, and I can say they are the mutts nuts (AKA the dogs bo****ks). Friendly, courteous and get to the matter of the problem if unknown, quote a price and stick with it. Keep you informed throughout. Great team of lads. Went in today to ask for help removing some nuts in order to install a Smartbox to the battery. Paul assisted us and installed the smartbox for us, despite having no obligation to. Needed a Wheel Bearing for my Nissan Xtrail, went on line on the Sunday and got a reply first thing on Monday Morning. the Quote was right so I booked in for the following Saturday . I dropped my car off on Saturday Morning and asked the lad if he would check out my brakes whilst they had the car. I got a call early afternoon to say there was an issue with the ABS Sensor and there was a chance that it could break and was I happy for them to carry on. They carried on without breaking the sensor and completed the job and also checked my brakes for the original price quoted. The lad who worked on my Car (Micheal) was very pleasant and kept me updated on progress throughout the day informing me that my brakes were fine and did not need anything doing at all.. I will definitely be using this garage again and would highly recommend them. You get exactly what they say the will do and for the price they quote with NO HIDDEN EXTRA'S.
