Can’t rate these guys high enough. After my wife’s roadside assistance sent out a competitor who didn’t turn up for over two and a half hours, then came out in an unsuitable vehicle and told she’d need to wait an additional two hours for the right vehicle, these guys arrived in about 15 minutes, and got the car moving again. The guy was knowledgeable and friendly. I won’t name the first company, but if you’re in the area and find yourself needing roadside help/recovery, I don’t think you could do better than Robcliffe

I had been let down by the Garage I usually use. I need 2 repairs done so my car could pass its MOT. Robcliffe Booked my car in They rang me up to let me know how the repairs were going, plus parts needed. They explained why the parts were needed. Some people may think this a bit much . to be treated like your not stupid (a big plus+) I felt like a real person. I felt I had the option to say no. The Reception is clean & has a few seats. I was told the car was ready to collect. I could not thank them enough for their professionalism. (Some Garages, their people skills/ professionalism have none learn from Robcliffe)

Nice guy that dealt with me, I would have liked a bit more time because I was going to sell it anyway, but the DVLA were quick off the mark it's my loss. But maybe it was for the best.cheers guys.

I've been bringing my cars here for about 15 years. Sometimes they're not the fastest, sometimes they're mad busy, but you always get a professional job done by fair, competent mechanics. The pricing is very reasonable and they've never suggested work that didn't need doing.

Excellent. Recovered my car and I as part of my very basic "get you to nearest garage recovery package" they weren't obliged to do any more but realising I was over 100 miles from home they dug out a part from a scrap car and fitted it to my car to see me on my way this was 8pm on a Sunday night. Excellent.

Excellent! Car picked up by Robcliffe Ltd, Liverpool 12 noon - full money in my bank 2 hours later! Robcliffe contacted me 5 minutes after I accepted Motorwise quote for my car. The service Robcliffe gave was 'second-to-non'. I did read some bad reviews on here regarding Motorwise but I guess it depends which dismantler is allocated to you. Sorry for those who had bad experiences but mine was wonderful apart from saying goodbye to my Renault Scenic Meganne which served me well for 14 years!
