S. H.I rang at 9:30 on Monday to book an appointment for 4 wheel alignment expecting a reservation for mid-week, but there was a space available for 11:00 that day - excellent.
My van is a Japanese import and the suspension has been modified, this worried me as firstly I thought it would not go on the ramp and secondly I though there would be no data sheet for the vehicle.
But I need not have worried as everything was fine, my front wheels where all over the place and had destroyed two tyres in three months.
I was shown a before and after read out of the measurements taken and owner explained what he had done to track all four wheels.
Excellent service, good price and carried out by a guy who knows exactly what he is doing, not phased by modifications or Grey Imports, makes a nice change from the usual….” Can’t touch that mate, we don’t know what it is.”
Thanks again, this is my third modified vehicle that has been tracked by this company, I won’t go anywhere else.
M.Brilliant service, the guys were amazing! I will be using them for MOT's/wheel alignment in the future. My Mrs has a Mini and the wheel alignment was way out, the guys sorted it and then offered a free follow up to see if they can get a bit more adjustment once the changes settled etc. Would highly recommend them. The technicians are very skilled and fast. Thank you.

R. T.I had a very good experience at Wheel Alignment and Ball Joint Centre a few weeks ago. The car, a Lexus IS250, was fairly new to me but it had been 'sort-of' aligned by the main dealer twice and it was OK but I was not entirely happy as the front tyres were wearing poorly; so a friend suggested to give Wheel Alignment and Ball Joint Centre a try. They first checked the car, explained what had to be done and then aligned my car better than the previous place - zero overall thrust angle and brought everything within factory specified tollerances. The road character is now totally transformed - including relaxed and precise steering - in a way that was not evident before.

T. R.Fantastic place with a great, knowledgeable team, who really can work magic with geometry. I would encourage anyone/everyone who has not had their geometry checked within the last 12 months to have it looked at, and the Wheel Alignment & Ball Joint Centre would be an excellent place to go.
P. P.Fantastic service, these guys really know what they're doing! They are super informative and explain the whole process and what each adjustment does. They let you go with the manufacturer alignment spec OR you can input your own and they will work with it.
My Mazda MX5 was crying for an alignment after a few incidents and suspension parts replaced, and they managed to adjust everything to my desired specs. A few bolts were seized so I will have to be back soon once those are replaced.
M. K.I always take any car I buy here for an alignment and always end up with a car which drives perfectly (and with a straight steering wheel!). I wouldn't bother with any of the high street alignment places, I've always had trouble with them setting the steering wheel straight after an alignment, but these guys will make sure you're happy. Phil is an absolute expert at what he does. Awesome service too, lovely people!
