My student daughter called me to say that her car was playing up and that she was taking it to a garage near her. I am so pleased that Woodcroft Garage is near her. You hear so many stories of young people being ripped off but not here. The problem was fixed, the price was excellent and she told me how helpful people were. From a grateful dad, many, many thanks, faith restored and well done!!

Great guy, squeezed us in very quickly with a check engine light, quickly diagnosed the issue along with doing a full oil change and spark plugs for a good price, and let us know exactly what was up with the car with no nonsense and very lovely to talk to and friendly. Simon you are one in a million, thank you for all you do for the community and keeping us on the road, Simon is an old school mechanic and loves to serve, recently the automatic DSG went on the car and he spent a good hour working on it and when he realised he couldnt fix it. He recommended i took it to a specialist, when i went to pay him he said free of charge :-) i gave him £20.00 just to say thank you as this type of customer service is very rare these days. Couldn't speak higher of this garage - I live on the Wirral & will not go anywhere else in future. My alternator was quickly replaced the first time for a price that couldn't be bettered elsewhere & a plethora of issues the second time was rapidly dealt with in as a cost-effective manner as possible. As much as I hope I never have car troubles again, I know I'll be in good hands if I do!
