C. “.Quality is a what every good business strives for and Quantity is what every business hopes for, SmartFleet Solutions seems to manage both, an unusual and interesting set up of body repair workshop, at first glance ,when I thought about, then understood it, It makes sense, more of a factory streamlined fast repair, with skilled workers only repairing a section of a vehicle and passing it through to the next section, for workers in the section have the ability to work at a fast pace and managers to oversee problems flagged up to them. Just seeing the workers ,working away like headless chickens draws you in, a sense of awe-inspired wonder and amazement how fast cars can be repaired and also how the industry process of repairing vehicles has changed, at this point I thought about my apprenticeship, all those years ago, in what until 5 minutes ago, I can now only describe as small dealership garage with only two paint booths, An excitement overwhelms me as the realisation that I’m looking at a company at the top of it’s game, an experience, an education, total system eye opener for me and a little glimpse into the future off the way not just of the industry but of progression ,..,...,.. There’s no such thing as problems, only Solutions. Is what I live by,...,..My opinion this company is thinking Smart. I wish it well in the future
