Very pleasant and productive experience. It was my first time going to have a car service alone as a woman and have to admit that I was a bit nervous but the guys in this shop made everything easy. I had a flat tyre and because of the location of the puncture the tyre needed changing, the job was done in less then 20min. Both the guy at the reception and the technician very very helpful and explained all details for me to be able to understand. Will definitely be back here for any future service.

So I went to get my wheels refurbished and it was by far the most pleasant experience I have had. I just showed up and was greeted by a member of the team, I explained what I needed doing and we did an inspection of each alloy. I was then given a price and time estimate. As I still needed my vechile they kindly provided temporary wheels for me. Throughout the whole process they kept me up to date and Informed me of the work being done. When completed I was shown the work done which was at the highest quality. I can honestly say they have a customer for life and would recommend these guys to everyone. The pricing was very fair for the amount of work and quality. All the staff members were personable and friendly also.

Went to get two tyres change late and was dealt with promptly. Very professional and courteous staff. Was shown how my tires had worn badly and suggested to get tracking done so I didn't mess up new tyres. Turned out that I needed balancing and the back was worst than the front. So got that done too. Very happy with it all, they took me to the computer to show me how back tracking was out on front and rear. Then when adjusted showed me on the computer again. This is now my tyre shop, customer service and trust is paramount to them it seems and it is to me. So great job guys and the nice lady too. Not forgot you as your part the team.

I came here as I read some excellent reviews and am writing to confirm that A&S tyres thoroughly deserve a 5 star review. I called A&S up and they advised me to come along as there was space and I did not have to wait to be seen. I suspected that there was something wrong with the wheels or tyres as the pressure light kept coming on. After a really conscientious examination, the helpful staff told me that there was no problem with the tyres and filled the air up for me anyway. They told me that there was almost certainly a problem with wheel alignment as there was unusual wear and tear mark on the tyre and offered to pass it on their computer, which confirmed that there was a problem. They also told me that the breaks were starting to wear thin as they were 2mm. They were honest that neither needed urgent fixing and did not try and sell me anything. I then asked for a quote which was really great value for money so I had everything fixed as was going for a long drive soon. Great service, great value, nice clean waiting room and lovely staff. Will definitely use again.

This place offers incredible, honest service. Nothing is to much for them. As well as quickly and effectively changing my tyre I witnessed them initially, completely honestly, tell a potential customer that the deal he had elsewhere was something that they couldn’t compete with and advised him to take up his other offer, checking it was like for like. As this customer left, the very amiable mechanic Tom stopped him and insisted on topping up air in his tyres as he saw they were low. All the while Tom kept me informed of my job and apologised for stepping away but I couldn’t have objected to that level of incredible service. Brilliant!! Don’t want to be back there too soon (as it means I need a new tyre) but would be the only place I’d go!!

I felt comfortable from the moment I walked into the garage, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful so I felt the staff cared. My needs were a case of wheel alignment, I was explained what needed to be done and given a time it would be ready. Now my brakes work fine thanks to the wheel alignment they did on my wheels. After my experience today I will never use another tyre shop. I just had my wheels refurbished and needed to replace a damaged tyre. They handled everything perfectly and professionally. They even replaced a worn wheel cap with a new one and helped me fit a new turbo intake pipe FOC. This has brought me so much happiness after having such bad luck and news over the past 2 months. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart.

Popped in on the off chance they could fit me in at 5 pm for a punctured tyre repair. I was very happy that they could. Discovered two nails embedded in the tyre. The same tyre cost about £200 but they had a cheaper mid range alternative. I was out of there 20 minutes later. Very pleased withe the friendly and accommodating service.

Haven't been there myself but have had quotes. They are astronomically high. Tried to charge me £25 per wheel to have my tyres fitted and balanced. Went to Elite Tyres in Rainham - £60. What can I say.

Honest - which these days is very refreshing. I had a minor but annoying drone when travelling at speed, I popped in to get a four wheel alignment (BMW X3 - so normal 2WD isn't ideal) - explained the symptoms expecting to get the usual "Kwik Fit" guff of "you'll need all 4 wheels balanced too" but instead one of the guys came out in the car as I drove it, then advised that he thought it was probably a wheel bearing so a balance and track wouldn't be of any use and that I should use my normal mechanic as this isn't the sort of job they do. Nice to find someone that doesn't try and bump up or sell work that isn't needed, so they'll be getting more business from me

Great service! Ross was a great help and very attentive and informative. New tyre was fitted in no time at all and great advise was given on the range of tyres in stock and on offer. Amazing service, went to this shop to get a new set of tyres and was amazed at the price vs the orginal dealership. A young gentleman man called aran took care of me and was polite. Would highly recommend this shop and ask for aran!
