Very friendly and helpful. I'm often concerned garage's will try to rip me off because I'm a woman but I explained my concern to the owner and he assured me they aren't that type of garage. Furthermore because I work for the NHS they did the MOT for free and replaced a bulb at no extra cost to me. I will definitely be using again.

Very professional service. Friendly people. Explains thoroughly what needs to be done to the car, how long it takes. Been here a couple of times. Happy customer! Free MOT for NHS staffs. Highly recommend :)

This was my first time using Abbey Autos as I had quite extensive repairs to be carried out after an MOT failure and my usual garage didn't have either the technical knowledge or the equipment for the repairs to be carried out, I took a chance with Abbey Autos based solely on their reviews plus its local to me. I met John who was very friendly and courteous and most importantly transparent from start to finish on pricing, costs and timeframe on putting my car back on the road, John also re-MOT'D my car FOC even though it had been MOT'D at a different garage and also sorted out a punctured tyre FOC, My car even though an old car now feels like its been given a new lease of life thanks to John and his team and I will certainly be returning and recommending John for any future repairs or issues my car may develop, thanks again, John.

Visited for the first time on Wednesday (24th June '20) to have a stainless steel exhaust rear section that I had purchased and supplied, fitted. No nonsense, friendly and got the job done in the time they specified. Also quoted me for another job I know needs doing and am happy to go ahead with. Having worked as service manager for another long-standing family run independent garage (not in this area), I knew what I was looking for and I felt very comfortable with this garage and am happy to rebook.
