Honesty... Integrity...Fairness. All rare qualities in this modern day world with car garages being no exception. My previous experiences had left me resigned to the fact that I would be overcharged / ripped off. This place, however, certainly does buck the trend! The owner (Chacha) went out of his way to ensure my car was perfectly repaired with no unnecessary extras at an extremely reasonable price. I cannot recommend AGM highly enough. Thank you Sir.

My car failed the MOT and I needed some work to be done, I happened to be in the area as I was looking for petrol and the place I was recommended to get my car fixed was messing me around. AGM was a life saver, they took my car in straight away with no appointment. My car was up and running after 2 days. The price was very reasonable, I would highly recommend them to family and friends. I'm looking forward to getting more work done with you in the future.

I had a problem with a DPF filter one late Friday afternoon, around a month ago. Despite being short-staffed, Cha cha did the work personally, and but refused payment on the grounds that he was not certain that the work would "hold". A month later, it has "held". I will be making the payment tomorrow. The story illustrates the quality of work and professionalism that a customer will experience when they go to AGM. I cannot speak highly enough about them.

I couldn’t have asked for a better service. My head gasket had blown and the mechanism on my windscreen wipers was broken - it was an expensive fix on a fairly old car and the team were really upfront and helpful with me about the options. They gave a full detailed cost upfront and were able to give a great price. Plus I’m now self isolating and they drove my car back to me. I’m so so grateful - I’ll recommend them to everyone. I've been using AGM for a few years. The benefits of regularly visiting came home last night, when I broke down, late, in cricklewood. I called the office, they arranged an out of office recovery for me, and got my car delivered to the office to be fixed. Exceptional, helpful, service. Although I've moved out of the area, I will only come here for a service.

Absolutely faultless! I had a problem with my exhaust, the man I assume was the manager asks me to bring the car in first thing in the morning which I did. They looked at my car straight away while we waited, i had 3 people all under my car and the manager himself showed me the issue. The service I received here was 10/10 I was absolutely amazed when he said I needed a new part but it would be delivered in the hour! Lovely team, have been taking various cars to them for years and they've always done a cracking job. Most recent visit was a brake failure, where I literally (no brakes!) came rolling up to the door for help. They got it in straight away, gave a no-nonsense appraisal and had it fixed up in no time. Quotes are always fair, MOTs are always accurate, and I never feel like I'm being ripped off unlike other garages I've been to.

AGM to the rescue! A big thanks to all the team. I pulled a fail on an MOT (at another garage) right before Christmas. At the very last minute AGM squeezed me in and fixed all the necessaries allowing me to do my Christmas and New Year trips to family in both Sussex and Devon. I loved the service made me feel at ease how things were explained in clear English no jargon used I know nothng about cars so they explained with details an diagrams. Really good personal touch and treated as an individual rather than just another customer. I have to also say they did take a bit of time doing the job and I thought it's only a simple job. But yet it took long however I was explained how much attention they pay to any job small or big which was really satisfying to no they've done it properly I was originally told by another garage the job would cost 600 pounds but leaving AGM my total costing Wass 267 pounds which I was amazed about. I've since sent my family and friends to use yor guys. Do I get a discount next time ;) Thanks guys

I was recommended to AGM by another garage that was unable to diagnose the problem with my car. When I entered AGM’s premises, I was greeted by the buzz of a busy workplace. A closer look revealed that this was an efficiently and well-run operation. The owner, Cha Cha, is a rare specimen: a mechanic who thoroughly knows about and understands cars. Unlike other garages, he also doesn’t try to pull the wool over your eyes. Cha Cha runs his garage with an iron rod but also with humour and kindness. My car was well taken care of; the service was efficient and friendly, going the extra mile (apologies for the pun!) to make the customer happy. Despite a big workload, the job was finished on the same day. I have recommended AGM to a couple of friends and will be going there again the next time round.
