D. O.I called and spoke with Sam as l had an issue with my Audi headlight. Despite being busy, he still said pop down and l will have a look for you. After conducting a series of diagnostic tests, he still wasn’t able to find what the issue was. He recommended another Audi specialist and l wasn’t charged.
