I’ve been going to a Merc garage for years now and have always had issues with how great they are at selling you a car and then how terrible their after sales is. I went to Auto Deutsche and dealt with Ash. He’s been great through a service and MOT. He contacted me and discussed the issues and what needed doing. After picking up the car it feels brand new. I’ll be using these guys from now on. Can’t think of any negatives so 5 stars.

You really get the impression that the guys at Autodeutsch are on the level and give you the best possible service for the best possible price. They are extremely courteous to deal with and you feel a genuine sense of care from them about your car and anything else in your life that may have come up in conversation! The car is always returned with a clean inside and out, which is hugely appreciated for someone like me who never has time to do it. One time when my car didn't start ahead of taking it in for MOT, they came down, jump-started it and essentially did a collection service from my front door! Very much recommended.

I've use this place on many occasions for my work van. The guys are very professional, quick and very efficient. I see that they are always busy, which is good, but always have time for customers. I would use these guys again, and would always recommend them to anyone. They are far better than any other garages I've used before. Lovely base to. Very inviting and clean place.

Great garage with proper mechanical knowledge. I dropped in my Audi TTRS in for a repair as the engine management light was on and the car stuck in limp mode. The fault was diagnosed a couple of hours after dropping it in, parts ordered and repairs complete 2 days later (the same day the parts delivered). Car also required MOT. I should add that the engine light had been on for a while and I asked a different garage to diagnose and repair when they were carrying out a service, but they were unable to figure out what it was, despite running a diagnostics. Auto Deutsche on the other hand managed to identify the problem pretty much immediately. Best of all, I received regular calls updating me on the diagnostics, MOT status, price of parts and labour, etc. It's unusual in my experience for mechanics to be so "on the ball" in terms of keeping customers up to date. Auto Deutsche will be my go-to mechanic from now on. Top work, keep it up!

Been using this garage now for a few years, absolutely superb all round, service , knowledge and pricing. Was recommended by a family friend and have never looked back. Work and repairs are fully explained and all parts changed available for inspection. Truly transparent and great knowledge. My employer now also use Autodeutsche for the maintenance of their fleet of vehicles. Reviews on their web site says it all from happy customers! Well done ! Ash and Chris extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

I found the owner (Ali I think it was? Don't quote me....) very helpful, friendly and easy to work with from the off. Got my car back on the road after a few hours of being in. Not that I want to spend money on repairs of course, but would happily use the guys at Autodeutsche again.

Great service. They fixed a problem I had on my Audi A3. The car developed a fault; when cold it would judder and misfire, they tested it and discovered it was a failed sensor. Problem has been fixed, very pleased. They also replaced the brake discs and pads which I new needed replacing. Reasonably priced. Would use again. Thanks gents.

Top notch service, quality work, and reasonably priced! I showed up unnanounced in the morning with a problem and they turned my car around by the same afternoon, including ordering in parts! Also alot more reasonably priced than I thought it would be! You can tell they pay attention to detail by the way they take care of the shop and the work speaks for itself. Great communication throughout the day, letting me know what they were going to do, how long it would take and stuck to their word, even with a difficult finnicky customer like me. Exceptional customer service, reliable, honest and, surprisingly good value for money. I have used the garage twice and have been very impressed on both occasions. Both times I was called during the morning to inform me of the projected repair time, the main issues and a quote for the work. On both occasions the quote was less than other non main-dealer garages and was also accurate! I was initially concerned that the premises looked very expensive and presumed that it might be overpriced, but this was certainly not the case. The repairs are of a high standard and the vehicle was returned in an immaculate state. What stands out is the customer service; nothing was too much trouble and the staff were very informative about issues particular to the work being carried out. I would highly recommend this garage.

I came to the UK from the US less than 2 months ago. I bought a used Audi Q7 and the power steering failed 5 days later. AutoDeutsche did a full review of the car, including a 20 minute test drive. Additionally, they found 2 leaks (coolant and oil) which the dealer didn't tell me about. Most importantly, they gave me confidence to demand the dealer fix the problems and helped me understand what my rights were in terms of returning my purchase. Five star service!

Been using this garage for a number of years now and have to say its the most efficient place I have ever been to. The work carried out on my cars is to always to a very high standard and I would definitely recommend these guys if you want a hassle-free and professional service.

Went here to get my Porsche serviced. Friendly, professional advice. They advised me to replace my battery soon, as it was not cranking as strong as it should. Should have listened to them, because it completely died at a most inconvenient time several weeks later! Update: went back to have a weird sound diagnosed. Efficiently diagnosed the problem as a leaking shock absorber and replacements were sourced and installed quickly. Will be going back! Recommended.
