J. G.Extremely good service from the first phone call for a quote for a new screen wash pump and MOT. I was called back with a quote within a couple of minutes. Booked in straight away and the job was done effectively and quickly with telephone updates throughout the day.
All staff were helpful and knowledgeable and honest.
I would highly recommend them for any car repairs especially for ladies who are not as familiar with the mechanics of a vehicle.

D. C.Following a warning light and noticable issue in my car (VWGolf R), I thought this was a repair that could cost me an arm and a leg.
I called up and Dan booked my car in. Having explained the problem they started to investigate following diagnostics and subsequent test drives.
Winston called me daily with updates and was extremely professional.
Having driven for the last 20 years I was more impressed with this garage than any other previously used and will certainly use them for my servicing and repair needs going forward.
Turns out the engine issue was a spark plug (I was told by the garage I had previously used they had changed them 7 months previously although I had hardly used the car during lock down (spark plugs should last 4 years or 25k miles), I'm doubtful now that the old garage changed them.
Winston was completely honest with me and I left with a car that, having also had a full service driving as though it was new.
Very happy customer! I have no hesitation recommending them and will be putting my partners car in for her repairs and servicing in the future.

w. t.Winston and his garage have looked after my car for many years. The garage is immaculate and reflects the careful way in which cars are treated. He has many loyal staff members who have remained working there for many years too, another quality I admire. He was wise enough to tell me when my car was too old to keep without costing me a fortune. The entrance is narrow, a bit of a challenge for amateurs, but a member of staff will always do it for you if you ask. I had a 7 series BMW which was big....This is a solid quality garage and is a long established and appreciated service.

Winston and his team have always answered my questions, explained my options and made clear any costs, so there are never any nasty little extras. I would never use another garage. As a young woman it would be very easy to tell me i needed things i didn't as i have no real clue about cars. But they never seem to steer me wrong!
I still haven't quite mastered the entrance, but a quick look at my face and someone is quick to help.
My MOT's have alway been done really quickly, as well as any other work i have needed. Having a new car, means i don't go to the garage as often as when i first started driving. But still the service is just as fantastic.
Winston even gave me advice when i was thinking of changing my car! :)
