j. g.I cannot recommend Automerc highly enough. They are thoroughly honest, decent people with a fantastic work ethic that’s rarely found nowadays. They’re prompt, efficient and very responsive. No comparison with frustrating attempts to communicate with the huge dealerships (in my case Audi). I dealt with Peter at Automerc who was wonderfully helpful.
Z. M.The wear on my brake pads needed checking. Rang Ivan at Automerc and he explained that the problem could be all 4 pads or maybe just the front 2 or just rear 2. He also gave me a quote for whatever work was necessary. The following working day I left the car with them in the morning and when I collected my car in the afternoon, I was pleasantly surprised in being told that they had changed only the rear pads and that the front pads were fine. This is the first time I have used Automerc but it won't be the last as what I have found is that they are honest and only do the work that is necessary at a price which they advise you beforehand. So if you have a problem with your car speak to Ivan or Joe.

G. K.Most of the garages I went to simply refused to touch my car, I have 90's Mercedes. Automerc did excellent work, and from I gather it's a good value for money. However there is a small glitch with cold start which even thier mechanic's could not fix. Overall highly recommend this garage for speedy work and clear and swift communication. It's been 3 year's since I have visited them first time and I had not a single issue with the car. Thank you Automerc!
E. J.An excellent and reliable garage with very experienced and knowledgeable staff. My wife and I have been using Automerc for many years and have always found them fair, helpful and honest. Whilst not necessarily the cheapest, their work is first class, our car is always cleaned and problem free.
R. J.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Automerc. I brought in a recently purchased second hand Mercedes 1989 W124 for new tyres and a brief check over and they immediately identified some other issues, explaining the problems and solutions clearly. They then rectified the issues within 2 days and also informed me of other areas that may need to be addressed in future. I have since only needed to take my car back once to have an issue addressed (which they had warned me about) and they fixed it within a day for a clearly itemised and reasonable price. Ivan and Joe are friendly, approachable and are clearly experts who are willing to offer knowledgeable and honest advice. I have already arranged to have the speakers replaced and will be booking my service and MOT with them, as I wouldn't think of taking my car anywhere else.
