Perfect service! One of the largest breakdown assistance company brought us only half way. Left me and my girlfriend in highway parking area between London and Seven oaks, saying that another truck will come and take my car and us home. They literally left us there and my insurance company didn't help at all. So I called Autophix emergency service. The communication was smooth, friendly and prompt. The most reliable team out there. Would 100% recommend. My partner was involved in a motorbike accident, and the recovery come within half an hour of my call to pick up the motorbike, even after it was damaged. They were very helpful in explaining how the process will work on the phone, and in person and was emphatic towards my situation considering. They accepted cash or card, and sent updates to me when they were on the way and upon transporting the bike. They even dropped it off to my doorstep and helped chain it up. Thanks a lot Mohammed.

I used this service to transport my car to get it repaired as my engine was not working, I called last minute and was able to get booked in for the next day. They gave me a quote over the phone and when I agreed they booked me in. The driver called me on the day to confirm that his on his way and he arrived perfectly on time. When he got there he was very polite, greeted me and assured me my cars in safe hands, as he knew my car engine was damaged he decided to push the car instead as he didn't want to damage my engine. He was very informative the whole time and made sure to keep in communication as he progressed with the job, he even offered to wait with my vehicle until i arrived to the location the vehicle was being delivered as I didn't want to leave it with the mechanics. Overall this company was great, quick to respond, gave me a fair price and completed the service as planned. I hope i don't break down again however if i ever do need any services i will definitely call Auto Phix again! would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Very happy to have called Autophix. First time having to deal with a breakdown. The person on the phone was very polite, gave a price and Eta which was 1:15min. The guy arrived maybe a minute late, if that, and even apologised for being late. He was friendly and was able to get it running and gave some good advice and we didn't need to tow it which was great. Payment accepted with card machine (whic was out of order that night so check with operator), bank transfer or cash. Highly recommended. I think the price was very reasonable although I don't know the market that well it was below my expectation.

They are very effective and flexible. The service is fast and they are very polite as well. My only concern is about their prices. From Limehouse to Mudchute (10 minutes drive) they charge £40. I had to take the car to have an MOT, it is a Japanese import so it doesn’t have a number plate therefore I can’t drive it on public roads. I had to pay to bring it there and the return. All together I spent £80 for a 45 minutes job. Apart from that it was an excellent service.

I had broken down on a busy road and found myself in a very venerable situation with my family. I googled emergency breakdown services and came across Autophix. I am so glad I called them to come and recover my vehicle, It was an emergency as I had a bad tyre puncture and didn’t have a clue on how to change it. Autophox turned up within 30 minutes and said towing my car will not be necessary and I simply needed a new tyre. within minutes they arranged for their mobile tyre vehicle and really quickly replaced my tyre. The price was very competitive considering they came to me late at night. The patrol man was really helpful and was very accommodating. He allowed me and my kids to sit in his vehicle with the heating on which kept us really warm while he sorted everything out. He even went the extra mile and checked all my other tyres and inflated one which was low. This is by far the best towing emergency breakdown service I have come across.
