A hidden gem in the middle of Belgravia! Old timey flair with excellent customer service and very competent mechanics. They have dealt with both my modern and my classic car, and always impress. Given the prime location and high calibre of cars they deal with, the pricing is also very reasonable.

I've been going to Belgravia garage for almost ten years. The service is always courteous, scrupulously honest, and equally important, very reasonably priced. They never over recommend repairs and perform to a good quality standard. An unexpected value in the heart of Belgravia.

Had my Tesla Model S in for MOT, they failed it due to "Service brake efficiency below requirements" and classified it as - Repair immediately(major defects) Alex(looks like the manager) said "your car failed the MOT test because of parking brake efficiency" then told me "of course we can fix it for you, or you can take it to your dealership". Alarm #1: Service brake is foot brake, not parking brake Alarm #2: Does not know Teslas don't do dealerships(although BG confirmed they can do MOT and fix Teslas) I took the car back to Tesla Service centre to diagnose, Tesla technician looked at brakes, tested it, deemed it working as it should. Then I took the car back to Belgravia Garage, they deemed it: Pass Monitor and repair if necessary (advisories) "Service brake fluctuating, but not excessively Nearside Rear" "Service brake fluctuating, but not excessively Farside Rear" AVOID if you are not a recurring customer who can cover their fancy address costs #Update# Management has rang me back and was very courteous in offering a retest to compare with another same model Tesla to prove their point. I have however declined due to inconvenience, and management has kindly offered to refund the full MOT charge and kept the re-test offer at my future convenience. I have since moved this up to 4* due to the tireless customer service.

Due to an unfortunate accident I needed a new door, half a car painted and a service/MOT for my BMW. The place was recommended by a friend and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work - car looks like new and Alex really looked after me, always keeping me informed of the progress. If you need a good garage, then give these guys a try. PS: taking the car back to have the wheels refurbed also

I had my car serviced here. The service was thorough: all findings were explained to me clearly and I was given complete freedom to choose which aspects of my car to repair. This makes a welcome change from other garages where they will tell you that everything is a disaster and must be repaired immediately. I really appreciated their professionalism and transparency. The only reason for 4* instead of 5* is their pricing but I accept I am paying a premium for the location of the garage (it's in the middle of Mayfair!).

I had some minor issues with my Volvo and since they are very close to me I brought the car in for a repair. They had everything looked at for no charge, then they told me what issues I should focus on first. After that it was a smooth sailing. They kept me updated about the progress, the technicians and the manager are very helpful and polite, not to mention professional as well. The car was repaired in two short days. Without them I would have waited for ages to get an appointment at a Volvo service center. They use the same parts as Volvo so it was a no brained really if you are in a hurry. Strongly recommend them for anyone looking to fix their car around the Chelsea area. Brilliant.

Wow! Firstly I can not thank them enough for restoring my vehicle back to how it should be after a dreadful experience else where. The whole process from Alex to Brendan at the repair centre has been phenomenal. So much issues that's been dealt with properly as a result of another garage mess. Superb service. I took my wife's Golf in for a service knowing there was a problem with the engine missfireing, they found the problem, a major one, and were very understanding and gave me a few options, they kept the price low and kept me up to date as to parts and timing of repairs, better service than my Maserati dealer! When the car was ready they have it a full vallet and it felt like collecting a new car, it hasn't run this well since it was new. I would highly recommend them.
