I spent some time researching good garages and noticed that not only do they have a lot of good reviews, they have taken time to respond to them. I was able to book in and pick up within hours both times, was charged a really affordable and honest rate (I've done my research!) and there was no nonsense around me being female, which I've experienced at other garages. Best Motors Coachworks are number ONE best to me I power flushed my DPF filter and changed a faulty DPF Sensor with BMC Ltd. when I approached Ali (the main man) he sorted everything in two day after i got the sensor from VW dealer.
Ali is a fantastic mechanic, treats customers with respect and value them. A work another garage was going to charge me £350 just for labour and I did all for £300 and did it perfectly. He videoed the work an sent it to me - very professional team. i will recommend anyone with vehicle issues to go to Best Motors Coachworks Ltd and they have a nice set up office very friendly team. A. T.I had a new noise in my new car coming from the motor. Jay was very helpful and quickly provided a diagnostic service within an hour after first contact (basically the time for me to reach the garage). This was helpful after a misleading Advertisement from a nationwide garage franchise asking me 50 pounds for a 5 minute job that would was expected to be conducted at some point during the day. Good customer service is a must for me.
