The best mechanics in Croydon. Having been quoted £1200 by another mechanic, I paid less than half that here, staff couldn’t have been nicer or more informative! These are the only people I now trust with my car who I feel won’t quote more because I’m a young woman.

Clive and the team are so friendly and helpful. I knew my car needed an mot and service but having had our usual garage shut down we didn't know where to go. In the meantime I woke up one morning and someone had obviously driven into my wing mirror and bent it completely backwards and it just wouldn't go back. I didn't know what to do, but my nearest car place is Blackhorse, so I took it there and was at their mercy. A lovely man came out and popped it back where it should be, didn't want any money and wished me a lovely day. I was so appreciative of their help, I knew that this would be the place I'd spend my money for my mot and service. The following week I booked it in, and today was the day. I am so pleased with how everything went and how, as a youngish girl, I felt at ease and felt I could trust them. Everything they promised they did. Everything was on time, I had updates over the phone. And when I went to collect it even after a busy day Clive still had a smile on his face making jokes with me. What a lovely team of people. I will be back and will be recommending them.

Blackhorse Service Station has done an excellent job maintaining my Clio over the last 12 years. I very much appreciate the honest and professional service that Clive and his colleagues offer. I had my MOT done, had a time slot but had to cancel due to emergency trip to hospital, but when I came out I realised could have made the time slot and they fitted me in the same day. Was quick and professional. A good system for working within the Covid rules. Will definitely return.

Had the tailgate on my Nissan Qashqai replaced. Excellent service, Great price. Whilst doing it they also sorted some other small bodywork issues without being asked and within the quoted price. Car came back washed and gleaming! I am very pleased with the job done. Thank you Clive and team.
