The process of having the bike serviced has been super smooth and the staff is very welcoming.
Robbie satisfied every request and answered any questions I had very quickly.
When you service the car/bike they have a shuttle for the tube station you like.

I bought my BMW less than a month ago but have already been warmly welcomed into the family! My car required a quick service due to a fault and I was looked after by Josh Josiah Rand at BMW Battersea. Not only was I impressed with the standard of care that BMW provide as normal but Josh went above and beyond to ensure as minimal disruption to my life as possible. He arranged a fantastic courtesy car for me to use while my car was being looked after but also ensured my car got worked on as quick as possible as he understood my schedule and cared about it. He went so far as to wish me good luck with an event that I needed the car to travel to....that's someone who really cares for the individual customer. I felt like Royalty and I will be returning to BMW Battersea with complete thanks to Josh!

I’m really fussy about my car and how it’s looked after but I have to say it was top draw service from Josh. Called to check everything day before, offered a lift to and from the station and was able to also do my MOT which I was previously told Park Lane were booked up until May. I received excellent customer service from Battersea BMW. They sent me reminders as my recall appointment approached which I really appreciated. When I arrived to drop off my car the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The customer waiting area is very nice and comfortable. I was offered hot drinks and snacks while I waited. When I returned after the service was completed they had also don't a full vehicle health check and a they sent me a video of my vehicle while it was on the ramp. As I was leaving I was offered some bottles of water with the BMW logo which I thought was a nice little touch as a BMW loyal customer.. It's small things like this that really made my visit to Battersea BMW a very pleasant one. Now whenever my car needs a service or any repairs this the only garage I will take it to simply because of their professionalism and excellent customer service.

I recently had a damaged tire and needed to have my BMW recovered and the issue fixed.
The Team at BMW were exceptional. Within 25 minutes of calling the BMW service team, I had a driver at my door collecting the car (This is both on a Sunday morning during a Fuel Crisis).
Linda at BMW Park Lane then arranged for a Courtesy Car to be delivered to me and ensured my car was fixed as soon as possible. There were issues with the supply of parts but Linda kept in contact and really went above and beyond to get me moving again.
Everything felt seamless. I collected my car and not only was it fixed but was cleaned too.
It was a level of service I was not expecting when there are so many issues going on.

About 2 weeks ago I purchased an approved used car from BMW Stratstone Derby. However a tyre valve was faulty and as a result I had a slow leak on the right rear wheel. This caused the tyre pressure gauge monitor to go on consistently. Tyres and valves arent cover by warranty. However after I explained the situation to Chris Mallouppas the service manager he wanted to get this rectied ASAP. He called Stratstone BMW and told them about the situation. He also organised for the valve to be replaced within a couple of hours despite not having valves in stock. ( Managed to get a new one from Park Lane delivered ) He also got the team to wash my vehicle as part of their service. Fantastic service all round and Chris was a pleasure to deal with.

Linda Hegarty (Service Consultant) was efficient, kind and professional throughout my dealings with her. She went above and beyond to ensure I was getting the best BMW / MINI assistance and advice. Highly recommend using BMW Battersea over a lot of the other service providers. I felt very welcomed upon arrival to collect my car by all members of staff I came across.

I brought my bmw in as the sat was having failure. My aftersales rep was Joshua he kept me updated and got me a replacement vehicle while the repairs were done. I went to collect but there were issues with reset so they then provided another vehicle until the reset was complete. The service I received was beyond what I expected very happy

Went there in October 2021 to get my motorbike serviced. From booking through to collection after repair i was assigned a service manager who tool care of all details. Cara made sure that everything went smoothly. Bike returned with service done,. Really liked to get a video update and walkthrough on the state of the repair by email. Felt very well being taken care of by the BMW team. Thank you! FYI, the place is a short walk from the new Battersea Power tube station. But BMW also offers a collection service from another station nearby.

So I have owned BMW motorcycles for about 10 years and these guys have always provided timely and quality service and warranty work. Cara in particular is excellent.
To be honest, there has been rather too much warranty work for a brand of this supposed quality, but on the positive side they recently fixed and replaced under warranty the engine mounts on my bike that had disintegrated (after only 2.5 years and 2500 miles) ... There was a delay in the obtaining the parts (blame BREXIT, the global supply chain crisis, or whatever you want right now) but they kept me informed and the bike was delivered back all cleaned and with the issue resolved.

I went to Motorrad Battersea for the first time with my 2013 R1200 GS. From the beginning I found Robbie and Cara to be courteous friendly and informative. I found all staff to be pleasant and courteous even when dealing with less than courteous customers as I witnessed. I hired a scooter to get around on as was passed with that arrangement too. HP4 Carbon to Battersea. I can't recommend these guys enough. Cara, Robbie and Tony the Master Technician always look after me. I'm a stickler for detail as I'm riding a 200+hp motorcycle on road and track - so it has to be right. One recommendation - book in advance - they've always got a waiting list. Normally it's frustrating but....it's because they''re good at what they do and we as customers value the service.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Linda and Josh. Linda, made it very easy for me to book my car in for a service. She even tried to save me money for future annual services i.e. to get me the best cost effective deal. Josh at reception was very helpful and friendly, he even personally vacuumed my car for me. He made sure my car was washed. Even the staff at the gates were very courteous, welcoming and friendly. I felt that the level of customer service I received was exemplary, as was the service I received from BMW Park Lane, where I bought my car. I've have had very bad, unreliable and unfriendly services from Cooper BMW in both Croydon and Kingston where I was asked to pay a deposit to order my car, then at the last minute, Croydon let me down, and couldn't get me the car, I felt they had pulled the rug under me, so please be aware! When I purchased my car from Park Lane, they were very helpful and took time to take me through the controls etc, but I forgot some of the instructions and rang Kingston to see if they could help, but they refused, saying that I hadn't bought the car from them. The receptionist was rude and unfriendly. BMW Central office had to call them to get them to see me. When I went there, they were frosty and unwelcoming, though the guy who showed me the controls, was patient and helpful, however, I will never buy a car from BMW Croydon or Kingston unless the entire sales staff have changed or been retrained. They can certainly learn good customer service from BMW Park Lane and Battersea.

He explained everything very well, offered me a coffee which I accepted and made sure I was comfortable providing me with Wifi access so I could get some work done. I recently brought my S1000XR in for its 18,000 mile service and rear disk replacement.
The whole experience was a pleasure.
Starting with the reception staff being welcoming and booking in my bike @ 7:15am, before they officially opened @7:30, so that I could still get to work on time. I was called before lunchtime to give me an update on the repair and advise me of some wear in my side stand, which they would replace under warranty.
The team, lead by Matt Littlewood, put in a huge effort to return my bike exactly on time the next day so that I could pick it up on the way home from work @ 4:30.
Throughout the service, I had use of a loan bike, GS F750, which was great fun and ideal for London traffic.

Great service experienced today when in for a routine service of my BMW i8. The staff were friendly and courtious. I was greeted by a gentleman at the gate as i drove up and he welcomed me to BMW and explained how they would deal with my vehicle adapting to the COVID restrictions. After my car got flooded it was taken to Bmw Parklane, which is not my local dealer. Linda Hergarty took care of my service booking & whilst the car was in the Workshop for over a week I was given a daily update on what was going on, which was quite impressive. This is the first time I have used Bmw parklane and I should say I was impressed with the service I got. I have been a bmw owner and using Bmw dealer services for over 10 years and have never received such great service. 1st time taking my car into BMW Park Lane Battersea, excellent Covid measures so felt really safe, the MOT booking was made a few weeks earlier which was understandable and expected, very well timed drop off slot with clear and easy directions given as to where to park, lots of space too, important if you have a bigger vehicle as some dealerships the parking is horrendous, not here.
Had a phone call from Mark at approx 3.15pm giving me an update as to what was required parts wise and an honest appraisal for which I am extremely happy about, mentioned some other potential issues and got another call back from Mark approx 10 mins later addressing those concerns having spoken to the workshop technicians, my cherished 6 series being an older car would be ready to be picked up the next day. I will definitely be coming back here for sure, 10/10 many thanks again. Customer service from what you would expect from a premier brand, regardless of if you drove an older vehicle. My one regret is that I wished I had the opportunity to use Park Lane Battersea earlier for mechanical work, My regular dealership in Hampshire were also very very good, but out of reach due to lockdown restrictions, I have also used the parts department for years who were also excellent and nothing being too much trouble even for small bits and pieces. Had my bike serviced a couple times already. The staff is very professional and attentive, and they explain issues clearly. They have not done any work before confirming with me the cost, including the investigations.
There was a broken mirror during the course of one of the repairs, but the staff was prompt in pursuing customer assistance to pay for it.
It may be more expensive than a local garage, but I 100% recommend for the peace of mind that your bmw bike is on good hands.

I wanted to share my amazing after service experience. I had a great car service some months ago with no issue. Everyone was very kind and they gave me a great experience. What amazed me though is that 4 months after the service I asked for a copy of my service as i had to return my lease car. And although i asked for it last minute (literaly 5 minutes before their closing time, with the car being returned the next morning), Linda H., not just made sure to find it early in teh morning, but I had it in my email at 8:44 am, on time so my inspector was able to tick i had the service copy when returning the copy!!!!! A tyre puncture on the eve of a short country break following the last minute cancellation of a holiday abroad... it really was the last straw! Disappointment for the family loomed over cancellation of the short break but BMW Battersea saved the day. The car tyre was replaced and a 50 point check performed before we set off for a couple of days away from London. I have just bought a second hand bike (not through BMW), so wanted to get it checked out. BMW checked it out and as there were no faults, there was no charge.
The service consultant, Robbie Masters, couldn't have been more helpful or hands on. He called me and kept me up to date at every stage. What really impressed me is the little things. They set the clock to the right time (I had been too lazy to do it), they filled it with petrol as they took it for quite a ride to test it, and they gave it a wash. These three things to my mind were above and beyond.

I've been visiting this centre and the one previously on Nine Elms since 2017 and I can say that I'm always happy with the service. I have always been treated well with acknowledgement from the guys at the drop off point to the receptionists and the service consultants. The team always keep me to date on developments when my car is being serviced and I have yet to have any cost surprises which many garages are known for. In particular, Shirin Shah has been a great help in that time and even yesterday with fast, thorough and efficient processing and I felt more like a friend than a customer with a numberplate. He's got great energy in the service centre. See you in November for my MOT!

The service I received from Rhys Still and his team at Battersea for my recent BMW M3 service was far superior to the service I've received at other BMW service centres. The service at Battersea is on a completely different level to anything I've experienced from BMW elsewhere. Instead of ridiculous wait times, unfriendly service consultants and a reactive service I've received at other service centres, at Battersea I was given consistently superb and proactive service. My car had to be left at the centre for a few days due to parts which needed to be shipped from Germany. However, Rhys exceeded my expectations, ensured that I was updated continually and then finally checked in with me again when I collected the car. Despite the Battersea garage being an extra 9 miles drive for me compared to Croydon, I will not be returning to Croydon again due to the terrible service I've received there. Every aspect of the customer experience was superb at Battersea.

1) Good communication skills to start with;
2) Price is not cheap but was within my expectation as this is BMW/MINI Park Lane main flagship service dealer we are talking about. The rest of the BMW/MINI dealers are mainly just franchisees;
3) By inserting your fob into their computer system, they can tell you what is due and not due for service/repairs (if any) This is not something that the average "cowboy garages" can easily have access to. At least I know that my car is in good condition for now
I definitely will recommend their services to my colleagues, friends and families. For my 6 year old daughter, at least to save up for her to buy a BMW/MINI electrical car by 2030!!

Having been advised from BMW Emergency Services (usually excellent service too, I'm hastened to add) that the branch was open on a Bank holiday Friday, only to find it closed, Simon the security guard was very understanding, professional and efficient and took charge of my bike keeping it secure for the tech team on the following Tuesday. Prices are obviously higher than a local garage, but the guys in their workshop have done a great job of diagnosing and fixing my issues first time round. Rather than charging me for an (expensive) replacement part, they were able to reprogram the existing one which fixed my issue at no extra cost. They also wash and vacuum your car before returning it which is a nice touch.

On a snowy day in February I arrive early for my service. A whole hour early before they open in the morning.
The security guard comes over with a smile on his face, gets me parked up, ushers me inside into the warm and lets me loose on the coffee machine.
I’m already thinking, what great customer care when the call me forward to check me in!

I was totally stuck for a car this week when I discovered my X3 had a nail in the tyre. I tried to take it to kwik fit but they were ‘too busy’. BMW Park Lane Battersea couldn’t have been more helpful. Not only did they come and collect the car from my house and drop off a 420 msport for my meeting the next day at 10pm at night, but Linda in servicing was amazing. She sorted out the new tyre so quickly despite needing to chase lease company authorisations and it not being a normal process. On top of that, washed and valeted my car ready for the bank holiday weekend. I left kwik fit so annoyed but Linda totally looked after me, keeping me updated with what was happening throughout. They've changed how things run to accommodate for covid 19, that being introducing - the time appointed slots to minimise customers to follow the social distancing rules. Going into an unexpected service cost, I had the pleasant surprise to be really well assisted throughout the whole process by Shirin Shah, one of their service advisors, and had an all around great service from the whole team there. I haven't noticed any scratches or marks on the car from the washing they did, as somebody else mentioned in one of the previous reviews, so it was all good in my experience with them. Fantastic service! I just purchased a car and had to order a service booklet as the dealer had misplaced the previous one. The guys here ordered me a new one straight away and made new plate for my car in minutes. The charged a very reasonable price for the plates and fitted them there and then, so I got to drive off with my private plate on the new car with the original bmw tags. I've visited this branch twice in the past few months. First was for a recall issue, and today for a replacement part linked to a drivetrain warning I had come up on my idrive. Well, all I can say is the customer service is on point. Brought my car in yesterday and was helped by Shirin who took his time to explain the process to me. By this afternoon, my car was ready for collection, cleaned both inside, and out. But, the best part, Shirin called BMW customer services to get me a gesture of goodwill to have the job done for free, saving me over £400. Really nice guy to deal with and knows his stuff.

I got a safety recall letter from BMW which surprised me since my car is over 7 years old and called BMW Nine Elms to book the appointment. I was treated very well, they were very efficient and called when they said they would call, sent texts to remind me of appointment and the car was ready when they said it was ready. All in all a good experience! I also asked the service people to do an overall check since I had been going to a more convenient location garage -- a garage which said they were approved by BMW and learned from BMW that there are no approved garages.... so good to know. I also appreciated that I wasn't bombarded with issues with my car therefore did not have to spend an unexpected amount of money but only what I had asked for. I would definitely recommend this service center! My only complaint is the original time it took to book an appointment -- over a week to get a call back to schedule the recall service but then I guess when there is a recall service, the garage must be overly busy. The person I dealt with was very courteous and explained everything in detail.

After an error code starting appearing on my vehicle dashboard I decided to get this booked into a BMW centre, and the Battersea branch offerred the earliest slot.
The whole team provided excellent customer service and the entire visit was a pleasant experience. Grant in particular was polite, professional and had a wealth of knowledge on BMW vehicles. Grant answered all my questions and provided frequent communication of the progress of my vehicle's diagnostic report at every step of the way.
The fault code was resolved within the estimated time that was advised when dropping off my vehicle. Upon picking up my vehicle, Grant happily explained the breakdown of the report and provided some useful tips and advice, as this is my first BMW I found everything Grant had to share beneficial.
Would definitley visit BMW Battersea again for any future work (even though this is not my closest BMW centre).

The team at Battersea is fantastic. Friendly, flexible, always working to solve any problems. I mainly dealt with Cara on reception and Tony from engineering. BMW is lucky to have those guys. The aftercare team not only follows up to see how your experience was but takes additional action to ensure it is 10/10 - for example, if there are items they can authorise, in my case replacing a chain and sprockets that weren’t covered by a work order out on my bike but which had suffered some premature wear because of the issue. Robbie and Matthew took care of this and were generous with the solutions they offered.

I suffered a break-in on my vehicle which caused lots of damage on a new vehicle. Linda from the very beginning was amazing putting all my concerns at ease. Excellent Service from Vladimir and Mark Cresswell. Made a service on my 330e completely easy. Lovely facility, kindly greeted by Vladimir who directed me to a parking space and even plugged the car into charge.
The shuttle from Stockwell Station was already waiting when I arrived - after a short drive to the servicing centre, my car was outside, with work completed, washed & vacuumed and charged up! I was back driving home in minutes thanks to a speedy handover from Mark.
I was also sent a video of the Vehicle Safety Check Online - which is actually really useful to see under the car and inside vital components.

Another great service by the guys at BMW Nine Elms. I had to get my passenger side mirror fixed. When I came in for the damage assessment, Shirin Shah pointed out that the shell could possibly be reused and only some parts needed replacing. That saved me around £250. They kept me updated on the progress and even with a missing part that had to be ordered, the car was back with me within the indicated time. Thank you very much.

Big shout out to Paul Palmer at BMW Battersea. I took the wife's countryman into the workshop to fix a water leak and was told that the carpets would also need to be taken out at a significant expense!! Paul asked BMW if they could help me with a 'goodwill gesture' and even though the car is 5.5 years old, BMW came through and contributed 80% of the labour costs and 100% of the parts. Awesome result. Great effort by BMW Battersea and hats off to BMW for building up customer goodwill. A very welcome Christmas bonus for us.
