I used this service following a ghastly car accident I had in the summer. The whole left side of my car was ruined after someone was pulling out of a side road. Zak was the mechanic I liaised with throughout my repairs. He explained step by step what needed to be done and the reasons behind it. All my questions were answered. And even though I don't know much about cars, the mechanic would explain things in such lay-man terms, that I understood exactly what was being done and why! My car came back to me as good as new! Zak also gave me many discounts. Couldn't have asked for a better service. Thank you :) Recommend 100%.

I used BodyTeq after an accident that damaged the bumper, wing mirror and whole left hand side of the car. I am so happy with the finished repair, it looks brand new! Throughout the work they communicated often to keep me updated, advised on cost and suggested ways to get the car fixed as quickly and as cost effective as possible. After searching for various bodyshops on google, I found Bodyteq who had received very good review. I had initially reached out to Bodyteq for quote to repair my damaged door following a lovely hit & run. Upon receiving a detailed breakdown of the works that were required, I popped into the workshop to understand the extent of the repair a bit further - Zak was kind enough to go into detail which was extremely reassuring as (luckily) I have never had to have my car repaired! In addition to sorting out the damaged door, I thought I'd also treat myself to a new set of refurbished & coloured alloy wheels to make myself feel better as the hit & run driver has left me out of pocket! Zak was also able to go in-depth as to the options available at Bodyteq. Once I booked the car in, Zak kept me in the loop with regards to any issues with the work as well as when the work would be finished. As you can see from the photos, it's as though the damage had never happened! I'm am also very happy the way that the alloy wheels turned out and have already recommended Bodyteq to friends who are interested in getting theirs done. An impressive website, a quick and very professional emailed estimate (front bumper, driver's door/wing, wheels, mirrors), but the work took a lot longer than promised and communication was poor, with phones rarely answered and email response patchy and not very helpful. Nor did I receive the promised guarantee by email after I had paid. I think Bodyteq is part of a small group of garage operations and I suspect that staff are sometimes spread thinly. However the work itself was very good, Zak the workshop manager was friendly and knowledgeable and the prices were reasonable. If you’re laid back about timescale and communication, then I would recommend Bodyteq.

I asked BodyTeq to spray and fit a grey bumper for my red Mazda 3, and I was blown away by the result. You could never tell that the bumper was originally from a grey Mazda and the colour match to the rest of the car was incredible. The new bumper looked even better than the original! As the paintwork is a 3 stage pearl, it is even more impressive that they were able to get such a great match. Zak, who looked after my car was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, friendly and went above and beyond for the repairs on my car and was able to look at other things I was concerned about such as the breaks. He talked me throughly through the repair process and what steps it would involve so I knew exactly what I would be paying for. As the bumper I bought from eBay wasn’t the exact match for the car, it took more time than I expected because they had to deal unexpected problems such as having to rewire the fog lights. The time taken was not an issue in the end considering the amazing result. I was informed that this workshop does a lot of insurance work, so you can be reassured that all the products used are of the highest quality. They really do not cut corners here!

First time getting a repair on my car – searched through so many workshops and decided to go with Bodyteq. Took my mercedes in for a cracked bumper repair which was pretty bad and in a difficult place next to the grill – Zak did a wonderful job putting the bumper back together, I was blown away - you cannot notice a thing and for a great price too! I found this company online and having contacted them via their website to respray a scratch on the front wing of my Aston Martin, I was very pleased with the price quoted. I was slightly apprehensive when I dropped the car off as the manager was not available to go over the repair with me at the time. I was however called in the afternoon to confirm the work that I wanted to be done. Unfortunately, the paint was not dry by the following day, so I was without my car for the weekend. But when I picked the car up on the Monday, they offered to wait for me to arrive as I had meetings until 5pm when they closed. I am very happy with the work they have done and will be using them in the future to repair the scuffs to my wheels.

Excellent service, they work over the weekend for my car and I can get it before the Christmas, price is reasonable with clear price list. I damaged the bumper of my Audi A7 , it costs £500+ with repair and paint. Will be their loyal customer and recommend to everyone.

Really positive experience with these guys. Timely turn-around and a personal service that was done to a really high standard. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again! Update - used them a second time and despite quite the wait with a few delays due to issues with their spray booths, Zak and the team were outstanding as usual at a reasonable price. I found Bodyteq after some searching online and after an eye watering quote from the dealership to repair a significant dent in the passenger door of my Q5. I gave them some photos and the quote that came back was a fraction of the dealership price. This did cause me some concern about what the quality of the work would be. However, I needn't have worried. The repair is genuinely good as new and the paintwork is perfect as far as I can see. My only reservation is that it did take a little bit of time to do the job but I cannot say that it would have been any quicker anywhere else and there was a bank holiday during the work. All in all I would not hesitate to recommend Bodyteq.

I recently took my car for bumper repair and painting for dents/scratches, after someone inconsiderably hitting my bumper with a shopping trolley. I was greeted by Zak who was very helpful and knowledgeable. Zak and Aidan thoroughly walked me through various options and ideas of getting a perfect finish. My car was booked in the next day which Zak kindly accommodated my schedule. Further credit to the team on their efforts on matching the colour for BMW bluestone/silver that is always a difficult one. While parked in a supermarket car park, some kind person scratched and dented my car’s front wing and door. I was to find out that because my paintwork is pearlescent it makes respraying much more complicated. I found Bodyteq on Google and they appeared to have good reviews. I’m very happy I chose them. Their quote was very thorough and they were able to accommodate my tight schedule even though they were very busy. The price was competitive and the results were excellent. The staff were enthusiastic and knowledgeable. You could tell they were proud of their work and the results spoke for themselves. I’d definitely use Bodyteq again.

Pros: quality of the repair was excellent and the price was very good. Cons: took a lot longer than expected and there was no contact from them. Phone lines and emails not responded to. Car was in for 3 weeks for fairly small scratch and dent. All in all not bad, they would have got 5 stars if they had been better at communicating as the workmanship was excellent.

Did a very high quality repair job on my Range Rover Velar, which had a heavily dented and scratched rear left door, needing the dent removed and then painted over. The initial estimate for the time to complete the job was shorter than it turned out to be, but this was because the photos shared didn’t allow the guys to make a proper estimate of the work that had to be done. They realised they would have to do more than initially planned, but they were good at letting me know what more needed to be done and how long this would take. They were very clear that they would do what was needed to do a job to a high standard, and I was very happy with the way it looked, which was as good as new. Thanks guys

A very good bumper repair on my car for a good price. Although there was an attempt by an employee to charge more than the initial agreed price, a discussion with the owner ensured there was no additional charge. I would consider using again but definitely recommend that any quotes you receive should be agreed in writing to avoid any confusion!

excellent work. someone scratch my new Mercedes. Walked in this local garage after read positive feedback and showed the damage photo to Nareen, one glance he immediately tell what car and modle it is. Hugely impressed. Hubby dropped car at 10 am on the 2nd day and collected at 5 pm. It just looks like a new car and scratch never happened. Highly recommend.

Bodyteq are AMAZING!! I needed collision repairs on my 2006 Smart ForFour. I visited a few garages who all said they couldn't fix my car. Bodyteq were the only ones who didn't even flinch at the damage and they took on job. With a really friendly service, they updated me regularly every step of the way, letting me know what issues there were. At one point they were not sure if they could fix a badly damaged part but they didnt give up and they got the job done. After sourcing geniune parts and getting discounts on some of them, they fully repaired all the body work; made sure the car was mechanically sound and did a road test before signing off the job. I got my car back good as new. I'm so happy with their work and I would recommend them to anyone who needs collision or mechanical repairs for sure. Thanks guys for working so hard on my car!!

I needed to fix the rear bumper of my Toyota Rav4 which was badly damaged on one side, so after sending them an email I took the car in for the repair. They found the way to fix my bumper instead of replacing it and now looks like nothing happened. The price was very competitive and they did a very fast job! First time ever having to use a body shop for a repair (complex dent). It was for a lease vehicle so alot of pressure on the outcome of the work but i must admit i was gobsmacked. I had a number of smaller body work scratches. They took care of them pretty successfully. The price was reasonable (I didn't get too many quotes though). I already had a spray can with the correct paint I believe - I was able to pick up the following day. The google pin is a bit mis-placed - I presume the address needs to be corrected.
