First time Carl work on my car, he is kind, honest, he go extra mile and excellent work. I rated him 100+%. His kindness is well on top. He came to work on brake but he went extra mile to do lot and MOT I was thinking what to do about it due to time. Amazing service. Would recommend Carl 100%. I've already passed Carl's details to some of my friends. The job wasn't easy because my old Mercedes starter was gone and car wasn't running. With all the effor and amazing job Carl has done my car is up and running again. Can't express how happy I am. I'm so glad I've approached Carl and not someone else. Was very pleased with the level of service and professionalism which i received from Carl when I recently brought my car in to change the alternator. He firstly checked my car on his computer to see if it was my battery that needed changing before carrying out the work on the alternator as this would have been cheaper for me, I really appreciated the fact he tried to save me money and not just charge me unnecessarily.
