After owning my SAAB 9-3 Aero for 20 years, I only found these guys just after Christmas when I had a real problem with the engine. They knew exactly what was the problem and fixed it without fuss. Its now just had its annual service and MOT and additionally they fixed a leak by fitting a new roof fin. Absolutely stellar customer service at a great price. These guys deserve your business - don't hesitate

I recently purchased a car from this garage. I'd requested that the aircon be regassed before taking the car. Unfortunately after purchase (a couple of days later) the aircon was no longer cold. Also I'd discovered a problem with wheel vibration when driving at speed. They took the car back without question and discovered that there was a problem with the compressor. They changed it! This is an expensive fix and there were no questions asked. Initially they balanced the wheels but that didn't resolve the wheel vibration. They took the car back and after a very thorough diagnostic discovered that one of the wheels was slightly warped. They ordered a new wheel which fixed the problem. All I can say is that for me when there was a problem they stepped up to the mark and did whatever was necessary. Bravo! A proper local garage. Daniel is the best. Thank you and I look forward to using your garage again in the future.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Daniel for helping me with changing my tyre to my spare tyre. I am a Local courier driver, so my driving is essential. Not long into my day, my tyre had gone completely flat. I found car care Ealing, and asked if there was anything that do to help me. Daniel came to the rescue, took my car in & put on my spare tyre for me - he reassured me I'd be back on the road in no time, and on top of that, didn't charge me a single penny for his time. Definitely the best garage I have ever used. Daniel and his team are always professional, helpful, reliable and friendly. Especially as a female customer it can be quite daunting to take your car to a garage for fear of being ripped off. I have never felt that with Ealing car care, I feel that they are very honest and they do an amazing job. I have had a few car problems lately and they have always tried their utmost to fit the car in quickly and repair it swiftly. They are the only garage I will call in a car emergency (and have done!) or for any repair. What a great company. Having had several quotes to replace the Turbo on my neglected 15 year old Saab 9.5 I was reluctantly considering whether it was time to call it a day until I was recommended to Car Care. I got a price from them that I considered a worthwhile investment The vehicle was returned to me two days later looking in showroom condition inside and out. Daniel and his team really looked after us when we bought a car from his garage. We came from Kent on the strength of some of these reviews and are glad we did. From giving us a spare tyre and jack when we bought the car to covering the cost of an out-of-warranty repair some weeks later, Daniel went out of his way to help us and I can't recommend his business enough. Car Care Ealing is 90 mins drive from home for us, but we are considering making them our regular garage.
