Thank you @CRS. I was one stressed, worried woman. I had phoned 4 or 5 companies getting the answer phone. I didn't leave a voice message on any of them. CRS phoned me back within 5 mins of my drop call. They Ask some questions about my car, situation. Quoted the cost, I agreed then they took my details & a deposit. That took around 10mins. picked my granddaughter, my car & I up within the next 35mins. Very happy.

Surprise breakdown, middle of who-knows London, middle of covid, 1.5hrs from home! They answered right away, calmed me down, gave me multiple options and quotes, even connected with me on WhatsApp so I could send them a screenshot of my lost location. They were right inside an hr picking me up, very polite, covid measures in place and they got me and my vehicle all the way back home. Wonderful conversation and great driving! Thanks again, guys!

Sun 25th Feb My car had got stuck in the mud after a friends party, I was so distressed, and it was due to snow and was cold, castle recovery came out with a big smile and did all he could to make sure my car got out and that I was happy he brought light to the situation and really felt like he genuinely cared. 100% pleased with this service 10x better than the AA effective and efficient with a smile would definitely recommend.
