Reviews of ChasBikes
S. B.
Hi All
My name is Sami and i have Piaggio liberty 125 and there is a problem with speedometer cable and one of the Mechanic changed it in thirty mins and my speedometer is working perfectly fine.
Thanks Chas for ordering the part and thanks again for the team to sort out that issue.
i highly recommend ChasBikes.
Kind Regards
Sami Bhatti

Chas Bikes was great. I gave them a call (on a Sunday). They had a slot available on the day for an MOT and did a great and efficient job. They told me some tweaks that I could do and kindly filled up my tyres to the required pressure when they realised it was a bit low.
I would go back any day :)

Another Chas review from me because I had an issue getting the bike into gear after it had been sat around over lockdown and longer. Always brilliant great value for money and reliable work, Chas is a true gent and I highly recommend the workshop, trustworthy and professional mechanics and brilliant customer service.
j. m.
Excellent. Have been there a couple of times for repairs to my Vespa and the service is excellent and very good value for money. Highly recommended.
N. R.
Excellent, Honest and Professional Service from All the Team. I would highly recommend to anyone and will surely be using Chas Bikes moving forward.

Fantastic service from Chas, Daniel and the guys - super-helpful and efficient. Resurrected my crash-damaged bike to my amazement and delight. Thoroughly recommended!
A. F.
Chas Bikes did a much needed oil and filter change for me while I waited, plus spotted a nail in my tyre which they removed and plugged. Very grateful to them
A. P.
I used ChasBikes a couple of times and each time have been very pleased. It is easy to book a service, sometimes you can just show up with your bike and they will look at it straight away. They are open weekends, also Sundays which is very convenient. From all the mechanics I have used in the past year this one has been most straight forward and easy to access. Yesterday I showed up to get the chain adjusted. There was also an irritating noice in the back wheel when breaking, They did their magic and it all smooth now, like it should be. Thanks a lot!

I took my BMW for an MOT last week and when I got there my horn didn't want to work...the guys at Chas helped me out until the horn worked hence meeting the mot requirement. Now, it might not sound a big deal but they could have simply not bothered to help out. Nice guys, proper old school and great customer service!
P. P.
Especially for the last visit, the management has been impeccable saving me ££ with DIY work advice on my motorbike. "This is the kind of situation when the customer feels he wants to spend it's hard earned money and feeling happy to do that"..Thanks!
M. S.
Best motorbike shop in London by far...don't know what I'd do without them looking after all my bikes over the years.
S. R.
They are the nicest guys around. Always go there for repairs, MOT and any issues with my little Vespa, never been disappointed. Professional, quick and high standard work. Never overpriced. Plus they are very nice and accomodating. I really like them.
S. G.
I have been going to Chasbikes for over 20 years and I've always had really great service. Chas's mechanics have been with him for years which speaks volumes. This is a really great asset to the biking community and it deserves our custom!
N. Y.
Called them up because I snapped the rear tyre valve. Quoted just under £18.00. Turned up and they fixed it within 20 minutes for the price quoted. Excellent and prompt service. Would certainly recommend.
The chap on the front desk who I assume is the boss is a bit grumpy but for me that's part of the old school English tradesman😂
S.
I don't use ChasBikes for working on my bikes, I do that myself but I can't do MOTs at home. I called up yesterday evening, phone politely answered as always and booked the bike in at 10am today, arrived today and it was taken straight inside for it's MOT. MOT passed with no advisories which I expected, no attempts at getting extra work as others have been known to do just in and out, pay the bill and head home
J.
Had an my MOT sorted today within 30m.
Fast and professional.
Thanks
J. K.
Very friendly, helpful and professional people!
S. O.
Fantastic service and good pricing, would highly recommend.
T. W.
Always a good and prompt service and never had any problems whatsoever at this place. I've even had it that I've called up to see when would be good for me to bring the bike in, and they've said bring it straight round and they've fixed it there and then. And the prices are very low as well. The best I've found in London and will be sticking with ChasBikes until they give me reason not to.
S. M.
Been getting spares and repairs here for years. Never let me down. Chaz can usually find the most obscure part for an ancient bike or a replacement in about 10 mins of diving through parts bins. Open 7 days a week. Even delivered a clutch cable to me in twenty minutes when broken down by roadside. Thank you Chaz.
E. B.
I've been coming here for my MOTs because I'm lazy and leave it till last minute, and mine seems to always run out on a Sunday. This is one of, if not the only motorcycle garage open on a Sunday in London. However, 5 stars is also given because these guys helped me out tremendously in an incident that left me with a broken foot. Daniel happened to be at the scene and arranged transportation of my bike to their garage while I was in the hospital. During that time Daniel and the team had fixed my bike and it was ready for pickup when I was recovered. Great prices, excellent service. Big thanks to Daniel, Chas and the team at ChasBikes!
M. G. D.
Done my MOT on Sunday easy to book , professional , very good person, good communication he sort a minor problem without changing me . Highly recommended. Open 7 days a week.
Thank you for your professionalism.
k. e.
My personal experience was excellent. Despite some mixed reviews online and having done a lot of research into bike garages in SW London I found Chas Bikes (Dominic in particular) to be extremely accommodating, helpful and professional. Accommodated my MOT at very short notice on a Sunday afternoon and offered an excellent heads-up into upcoming changes to legislation regarding riding in London (charges for bikes older than 2007 from April 2019). Very personable. Thanks Dominic.
c. h.
MOT on a Sunday! Outstanding for those who work all week
Great place!
j. v.
Took my bike in for a mot and was very happy with the service
J. R.
Chasbikes have helped me out several times over the years, they have got me out of a tight spot and back on the road today when I had something jammed in my rear wheel. They arranged recovery which arrived 5 mins later and fixed my bike immediately on arrival at 5pm.They had brake pads in stock and I was back on the road within 15 mins. I really cannot recommend these guys enough they will bend over backwards to help you.
Thanks Chasbikes you guys really are the best around.
D. G.
I just turned-up off the street, and the bike was dealt with within a couple of hours. I was given sound advice about about how much it would cost to fix the problem. It was not economic to have the bike-shop deal with it, because of the amount of labour it would involve. There was no attempt to get me involved in an uneconomic repair of a 20 year old machine. I was advised about how I might fix it myself (sadly I don't have the ability to do that) and was advised about what machine would be a reliable replacement. There seem to be a lot of reviews that talk about the staff being rude etc. They are very busy, and under pressure to do jobs straight away. I have always found Chas to be good for a chat. I don't know of any other bike shop in London that can sort you out there and then. They only charged me a third of an hours labour for cleaning up a messy oil leak, in order to then diagnose the source of the problem. If you need a problem looking at straight away, there isn't really anywhere else that can provide that sort of service.
T. K.
Visited this shop yesterday to have new front tire fit, valves checked, and then MOT. I've asked them to first check if there any any issues before going through the MOT process. Instead, they first registered a failed MOT (which I wanted to avoid), then did all the required work (fit new tire, adjust drive chain slack) to pass MOT the second time round. I'm not sure why, but it was against their customer's wishes. I've been to this shop a few times before and generally satisfied by their mechanic's work. However, it seems like it is difficult to communicate with the manager, therefore I will be avoiding this shop in the future.
A. E. E.
I only have positive support for the guys at Chasbikes. They always see me and action the work fast and efficiently. Their work is always excellent and the guys themselves are all hard working responsive workers. My brother used them as a courier for 20 years and he recommended me to them. They have serviced my bike for 20 years and all good.
D. T.
Don't listen to the negative reviews for this M/garage! I went here today (sunday!!) with a nail in the rear tire of my Hornet. These guys were obviously very busy having only one mechanic working but they had my tire replaced within an hour! They gave me plenty of great advice as this was my first new tire and were very friendly. There wasn't an extra charge for Sunday which I was expecting and they had the exact tire I wanted. oh and I stalled twice trying to get my bike in the shop and no one laughed at me, so thumbs up there too! lol.
I also went here a year or so ago having dropped my old cbf125 and knocked the front wheel out of alignment. They straitened it up for me in a few seconds, free of charge. There was about 6 of them working that day as it was in the week so I imagine they are even more efficient weekdays!
Great, honest service, highly recommended! I'll be back next month for the front :) Thanks guys!
M. F.
I cannot understand the bad comments. I think people only review when they have had a bad experience.
I have been using Chas Bikes for about 8 years, I used to go to them when they were in Southwalk. I do a lot of miles and have probably been there at least 20 times. I have never been let down in any way. I have never had a problem with quality and they almost always have the parts, more so than any other non main dealer place. I think the prices are reasonable, especially compared to dealer prices. They usually start work on the bike whilst I wait, even if it means me waiting 20-30 mins if they are busy - I just bring a book.
I wish there was more places like this, and cant understand why there aren't. I live in Bedfordshire so use them when I am near to work, but there is no where else I would think of going.
D. C.
Friendly guys, no-nonsense service. I've had my bike MOT'd by them every year for the past few years, and never a problem. They've also fitted a tracker for me as well as carrying out some minor servicing.
This isn't some fancy polished "London" service centre with cappuccinos while you wait and a spa for your poodle. But everyone here seems like someone you'd happily go to the pub with as well as let them take care of your bike.
N. K.
Good place. I just turned-up off the street (8.30 AM) after snapping a Drive belt on my Forza 300. The bike was dealt with within a few hours - all sorted. The charge seems reasonable too - 137 in total (most of which is for the replacement part). I would definitely recommend it to my biker friends.
G. L.
I've been with Chas Bikes for about 7 years so I am not surprised about some negative feedback on Google. On the plus side, Chas is honest, knowledgeable, competent and very reasonable in pricing his parts and services.
But Chas success comes at a price -- his shop is ALWAYS busy with work and the phone is ringing non-stop. Because there are no secretaries to handle the calls, it's either Chas or one of his mechanics who take your call. So you are not always guaranteed that someone on the phone would be super-patient in talking to you -- imagine the bloke with his hands covered in grease who stepped away from someone else's bike being fixed (and, at times, with the engine on). His mind and loyalty would be torn between his problem at hand and your issues.
So, sometimes (but not always) you need to apply your patience to sort things out on the phone and rest assured that your bike will get the attention and care it deserves when the phone is put down. It's worth it to put yourself in the bloke's shoes and swallow your pride.
Or, as other reviewers mentioned, if you want your ego stroked, just go to another bike shop -- some would offer the music and cute secretaries and the rack full of magazines for extra price while others would just grossly overcharge you 'cause they feel they can. Spoken from experience.
So I am sticking with Chas.
J. B.
This is the third time I've MOT'd my BMW tourer there. I've managed to get it done on the day each time without booking. This time I needed brake pads fitted. I'd normally do it myself, but they don't charge to the nearest hour, so I was charged 0.4 of an hour and it was excellent value. I think they're a very honest bunch and won't over charge you or make up faults to cash in. Some reviews say they aren't very friendly, but they are if you make the effort too.
G. C.
The guys at Chas bikes are superb, they’ve always gone the extra mile in looking after my Street Triple.
They particularly worked hard to get the bike ready for a trip to Germany. I’ve now changed to a Z1000, it’s hopefully more reliable and I’ll only need to go there for a service and MOT, but i’m very happy with all the guys there and the work carried out on my bike.
R. W.
I have serviced every bike I've owned here over the last 5 years. They were recommended to me by a friend who had used them for the previous decade. I've always found them to be honest, fairly priced and possessing excellent mechanical skills. They have fixed problems which would have confused less able mechanics and only charged me when they've fixed the problem.
I don't understand all the negative reviews here as they've always been excellent whenever I've dealt with them, Chas's manner is direct, matter of fact and maybe a little gruff which some people might mistake for rudeness but it isn't. Highly recommended.
M. G.
Had both my Vespa and Ducati MOTed by ChasBikes this month. Lot of availability, quick and efficient service, nice people and no extra charges (other shops I have tried before would add useless repairs on top of the MOT). The guys at ChasBikes are honest.
Very happy with the service and will come back for the next MOT.
N. A.
It really depends on which mechanic is in - some are great fun and others are very dismissive and somewhat patronising even.
Chas himself is awesome! Always on point.
They tend to be a bit too relaxed when it comes to chain maintenance... they'll only tighten it if it's basically falling off, not when the slack is getting a bit too much.
D. 1.
This shop is great if you have a problem and want to sort it out there and then or at least with out an appointment. Great location, close to tube and buses.
They seem to know there way around bikes, which is always a good thing if your paying for it !
Customer service, none, all I got was "Yes" not good morning or how may I help you which would have been nice ! (Manager I think it was)
I think customers go here because it's local but if they (The Manager) worked on being nice then maybe to word would go out and they would get more customers. Chasbikes try it, it may work for you
P. S.
Outstanding capability when it comes to servicing and fixing BMW C1. From my expereince I have total confidence and trust in Chas and the team that I have shipped bikes from other parts of the country for them to fix. Open 7 days a week, long hours, always willing to find a way to fit you in at short notice. It's an honest workshop, staffed by talented engineers interested in bikes and biking. If you want a flashy showroom and someone to massage your ego, then this is not the place for you.
H. S.
If you want attractive female receptionists offering you cups of coffee then Chasbikes is not for you. If, however, you want the best mechanics in London (and as far as BMW C1s are concerned, the best mechanics in the world), then you've hit the jackpot. BMW Maidenhead tried to charge me £2000 for an MOT and Service for my C1, citing all manner of nonsense why my bike had failed its MOT. I called Chas and he immediately arranged transport for my bike to come to him where it promptly passed its MOT, had its required service and was back to me the next day - all for £340 including a 40 mile round trip recovery charge. They ain't pretty but they're the best!!
T. a. D. 1.
I read bad reviews here and wonder what people expect from a bike repair facility? Knowledgeable staff? - Yep. Accommodating to last minute requests? - Yep. Real people who love bikes whether they are 50cc putt putters or 1500cc fire breathing animals and treat their owners all the same? - Yep. I have had all my motorbikes serviced here, and at their previous location and as long as they are trading, I'm going to keep using them. If you want swanky showrooms and Nespresso on tap then move on, but for good honest service by a good bunch of guys - come here. But not too many of you as I need my bike MOT'd next week! T
C. P.
Would definitely use again.
Turned up a first time customer and relative newbie with a stuck CBF500 (RAC suggested dodgy alternator, which Chas confirmed). Was quoted £350 ish for a new one fitted, did some ringing and this seemed fair enough (esp as the bike was already in the workshop). Asked for a service as well while it was there (new front pads, oil and filter change, air filter, plugs...etc). Whole bill £500 - which I thought was fair enough. Of course there are little garages here and there that will be cheaper, but for a zone 1 workshop, I'm very happy.
Regarding the bad reviews on this string, I disagree.
Comms were always prompt professional.
My dealings with the staff were professional and courteous.
I genuinely think these guys have enough work on already to have to make stuff up. I suggested the bike may need valves clearances doing and a new battery, so a couple of open goals if they wanted to overcharge me, they checked and said both jobs weren't necessary.
I'm loyal to Two Wheel Centre in Harpenden, but it's assuring to know that if I'm stuck in London again I know where to go - open seven days as well. Overall, I'm impressed.
J. P.
I needed a new tyre on my MP3 scooter. My nearest scooter garage ‘would not touch it’, the Piaggio specialist suggested I call back next week when he might be able to ‘squeeze’ me in. Chas said I could bring it in immediately and it would be done while I waited. I feel the bills are always very fair. On one occasion I had been told that the likely remedy could be very expensive but was phoned later with the news that a simple solution had been found as a fraction of the price. Jobs which take 10 minutes are charged accordingly.
D. W.
Open 7 days a week, easy to book or even just turn up. I booked in for a sunday morning MOT - done quickly and efficiently and a good price too. Great place.
R. H.
Having read a couple of reviews; I wanted to say these guys are amazing, they have got me out of holes on a couple of occasions, I first used them a number of years ago, I had a flat, one of the guys rode out with a couple of CO canisters and we rode back to the garage for new tyres, Ive been going back for tyres there ever since.
One time I called in the day before a trip to Switzerland for new tyres, a pinch bolt was corroded and sheared in the forks, couldn't get the front wheel spindle out. I thought it was going to be game over for my trip but they dropped everything and sorted me out having worked on the bike solidly for a couple of hours. Id recommend them to anyone.
Sure, the service is a little brusque, it isn't a hair dressers or massage parlour, its a bike shop, staffed by greasy handed motorbike enthusiasts who are straight talking and honest. and if you drop your bike off you can take a walk to the imperial war museum whilst you wait.
N. K.
I shopped around for prices for a rear tyre for my scooter. I found to my surprise that this company was the cheapest by far. I arrived the next day and was told that it will take half an hour to forty five minutes. I went back 45 minutes later and it was done to my entire satisfaction. Well done .
C. E.
I've used these guys over the last three years for everything from replacement chains and tyres to tyre repairs and on my last visit, brake replacement. They are always competitively priced and very efficient - if they tell you it'll take 15 mins it does.
I'm sure there are exceptions, particularly if you just turn up - everyone has busy days or days something goes awry but I suspect that many of the negative reviews on here are left by competitors.
For those that complain about customer experience /service I think you are being a little over sensitive. If you want to get a high five when you walk into a shop, go to the Apple store.
If you want a shop in a good location (I'm based in Fleet Street and they are 5 mins ride away) that stock most parts you'll need for most bikes, and can help you out without an appointment than these are the guys for you.
O. P.
This is an excellent bike shop. I've entrusted ChasBikes with both my Thunderbird and my VFR - they've been knowledgeable, efficient and accommodating on both. They offer great value for money and are open 364 days a year.
T. G.
Really can't grumble. well I could, I'm from Yorkshire...
I commute from Hayling Island to north of the river up the A3 and my bike died at the lights before Waterloo bridge. Whilst I waited for the RAC I got to look at the sights around there, it wasn't raining either. Bonus
Well the RAC guy took me there to get a battery, it wasn't that, so they took my bike in (VFR800Vtec) stuck a meter on it and found that it wasn't charging. It can be one of two things, the Rectumfryer or the Alternator. I was unlucky, it was the alternator. They took it off, had it rewound and refitted it in less than three days. I had the pleasure of using Southern Rail's service for a few days. The only thing that would have made it perfect was if I could have left my hat there instead of having to lug it back home and back up again, but you can't expect everything.
I was even pleasantly surprised by the cost.
I still commute, this time I'm south of the river, and I still call in. They are always busy, so I try not to call them during work hours, but if I do I only want to know if they have what I need in stock. TBH the only reason I didn't fix my VFR myself was that I was expecting to get a call from the hospital for a cancer op any day.
And believe me I don't trust anyone to look after my bike, not my way. But these guys I'd trust. I can't be more honest than that.
OK they are going to get bad reviews, nobody ever posts a review if they are happy do they? But given the turn over they have that's to be expected. Remember you aren't paying for service, you are paying for skill and knowledge. I've always found them to be OK and competent.
c. w.
ChasBikes were really helpful, efficient and thorough with the recent service and MOT of my bike. It's hard to find good local bike mechanics these days, so I would definitely recommend and will be back.
G. C.
Really odd reading these reviews -seemingly one star or five. I was recommended this place by someone. Had to have a new breakpad fitted on my harley sportser. They did it whilst I was there - didnt take long and wasnt that expensive. Have to say thought they were very good. Booked my bike there for MOT in two weeks and some work heat wrapping my exhuast. Im hoping for the same good service I got last time!
D. M.
Sunday MOT booked on the day, no problem, no teeth sucking, no vagueness.
Waited thirty minutes and the mot was done, had a chat about bikes and got some free advise on chain and headstock bearings.
Great use of a Sunday morning.
J. D.
I don't know why some people are moaning. My gear lever had sheared off in Deptford and the AA transported me to Chas' shop in Kennington.Without a quibble he asked a mechanic to weld the lever back into place and charged me a tenner. 20 minutes at the most and I was able to get on my way.
Pleasant, supremely knowledgeable and biker-friendly who like a bit of banter. It's worthwhile chatting to Chas if you have a complaint and not writing it up on the internet. Here's another tip: if somebody treats you badly in a shop then confront the problem by asking them 'why?'. In my experience it's a much easier way to resolve any issues you may have with service or price.
B. K.
I have been there few times, always happy for the work, quick and good price.Today I got there to adjust my clutch and they took one minute to look at it and fixed it without asking any money. Until now I am happy to go there and use the service.
S. c.
I have been using chas bikes for 20 years, keeping my NTV running. Never had a problem, Always a good service at a sensible price. Still go there even though I have left work locally and its a 25 mile round trip from home. Top place.
N. R.
As one would know a takeaway relies heavily on a working delivery scooter. My scooter recently took on a flat tyre. After a quick phone call I was admitted immediately - Note scooter was already on the lift before I even walked out the shop. Was told it would take an hour took instead two. Eventually got repaired and charged only £28. Definitely worth the money. I am most likely to use them again following poor customer service from their competitor FWR just down the road. I only hope that bad reviews received were only one-offs.
K. C.
I had a emergency situation because the next day I was traveling. I had a broken skrew and a small oil leakage from that. At first I went to another repair shop because it was near my work but they didn't accept me and then I found these guys. When I went there he told me that he gonna try to solve the problem. At last he "saved" me and he fixed my problem. I found them a little bit expensive but I was really on bad situation so I appreciate their help
T. S.
Yes they can be grumpy (but so am I). I don't go there for their cheery nature but I can't fault their work or there honesty. Hourly rate might not be the cheapest but they've always seen me right (and I've been going there on and off since gt sutton st). They never try to over sell. Happy to fit parts supplied by yourself, have done some repairs when other places would have insisted on overpriced replcement parts. Do keep saying they are going to get plastic welding equipment and still haven't though.
S. K.
The guys here are class. Fixed the puncture on my girlfriend's bike and did a check up on the overall condition with out me even asking. Took us in immediate notice and no hassles. Thanks for the great service!
M. D.
I have always had a good customer experience here. Very accommodating and you get practical advice and good work for a sensible price.
A. H.
Best garage in London. All the guys know their trade and I've never felt ripped off or lied to. I happily recommend them to all my biking mates and colleagues and they all seem happy enough too.
I wonder how many of the negative posts have actually spoken to Chas or his guys rather than post on the web. The fella I've met would happily rectify any issues. Maybe the 'tache scares people!
H. W.
I've been using these guys for about 6 years now and they have always been accommodating, effective and helpful. They save me a fortune by using pattern parts and actually fixing things rather than just a wholesale replacement of parts. Normally the repairs are done pretty quickly with tyre changes and MOTs while you wait or pop over to the Imperial War Museum.
I do like the reviews that mentions these guys are like throwbacks from the 1970s etc, I cannot comment if they are sexist or not as I'm male but I would hope they are not :( I'd agree that customer service can be a little hit or miss but their hearts are in the right place it's just that everyone has a bad day from time to time. If you want a gentrified workshop experience then take your bike to a big main dealer and open your wallet and possibly not get your problem fixed.
J. K.
the person who wrote the review above couldn't be more wrong.
i brought my scooter to chasbikes after i got a ridiculous high quote for the service at scooterden in dalston.
i brought the bike on a sunday (!!!) and took it on the following monday. the work was done very well to a very good price.
the staff was not rude or abrupt at all. they were very friendly and helpful and even more important did not try to rip me off.
i can highly recommend this place
a. m.
Always a good place to take your bike. Gone out of there way to get me back on the road. Very Important because I'm a motorbike courier?!!!! Thank you chas
D. F.
Going for my 6th MOT with 'Chas' today. Prices are not 'cheap' but rent can't be cheap so close to central London...overall best described as 'fair'. If the work takes x hours to do then x hours have to be paid for....whether you like it ir not. Your safety on two wheels can affect your longevity on this planet and your criteria for looking after your bike should not be simply looking for a 'cheap' job. Had related problem once some weeks after a job and had it fixed without charge. If you want a Posh shop with shiny bikes to drool over, skinny lattes and aarm chairs etc, this is not for you...find somewhere else...and pay for it one way or another ! PS I am a professional driver to C+E standard, not a well paid man in suit

Great service from a good bunch Chas is quite a character, and there is no retest fee. VERY knowledgeable about their bikes and always good prices, especially on tyres.

Have been using ChasBikes on and off for years.
They do a GREAT job for very reasonable prices BUT as others have said this ISNT a 'Metropolis' or fancy ScooterShop.
DONT expect receptionists or a loan bike, email updates etc etc what you will GET is a good job at a good price with an honest assessment of what work needs doing.
They have always delivered on time and at the price that they quoted.
Proper 'old fashioned' bike shop...
C. W.
Short notice repairs carried out, pretty good pricing. Happy new customer!

I have used ChasBikes for years - I think they are absolutely brilliant - always resolve issues in an expert and cost effective way - and the way you can just roll up for a fix while you wait is unrivalled in this age of disappearing bike shops.

Chas and the team are an excellent outfit with plenty of combined experience with a no frills attitude which bikers like me are happy with, had my MOT carried out today would recommend them 100%
Thanks again ☺☺

Had a puncture fixed. These guys were polite, helpful, friendly and charged me almost nothing.
I suspect the negative reviews are from difficult ppl with their heads in the clouds.
Highly recommend.
J. C.
Always accommodating. Have used them on and off for 15 years. They're my go to place for MOTs, I always manage to forget to get it done and being open on a Sunday 10-4 is a great help.
P. B.

There aren't many proper bike shops left - where their instinct is to try to fix things rather than sell you a new one. This is one if them. Long may it prosper.
K. L.
