I had an issue with the suspension on my 5 series BMW which baffled my regular garage. Within minutes of discussing the matter with Naz at Chelsea Autowork he was able to make a correct diagnosis of the problem. Throughout the whole process of repairs Naz kept in regular contact explaining the problem and the course of actions needed. This was incredibly reassuring. The car was repaired by the able and friendly mechanics and was available for collection on time. I would gladly recommended Chelsea Autoworx to anyone with a BMW.

Had a serious and ongoing problem with my BMW which Naz was able to diagnose almost instantly. Very knowledgeable and was happy to explain exactly what the issues were and what works were required in language that even I could understand. Naz definitely takes great pride in his work - which in the automotive world is gold-dust if like me you don't know one part of a car-engine from the next. Absolutely recommend.

It's extremely rare to find a mechanic who's so knowledgeable and honest. I've been to several mechanics before finally visiting Naz's Autoworx, and I'm glad to say I've finally found someone I can trust fully. If you have a problem with your BMW/Mini, do not think twice, you will not find a more expert and genuine person in the industry.

Highly recommend. Had an issue with my BMW E90, rough idle, strange noises coming from the engine and slight loss of acceleration. The root cause of the issue wasn’t immediately obvious having recently changed spark plugs and coil packs etc... I’ve had bad experiences with mechanics overcharging or misdiagnosing issues in the past with my last car but after reading all the positive reviews I decided to go with Chelsea Autoworx for the diagnosis and repair. Really pleased with the result. Car was repaired, no more issues and it drives very smoothly now. The cost was very fair and the customer service was really good - I was kept in the loop throughout the process about what was being done and the cost. Naz was brilliant, clearly very knowledgable and he was very honest. I thought I had another issue with the car with the oil temperature but I was reassured that it was within the normal range. Other mechanics might have just ran with it and charged me to fix an issue that didn’t exist. I will definitely be sticking with Chelsea Autoworx for any servicing or repairs.

I was recommended Autoworx by a garage in Southfields given Naz's expertise & systems knowledge of BMW's. I was extremely pleased with the service received and guidance given (BMW '64 reg had an electronics issue which required infra-diagnostics and subsequent replacement of hard drive). If you drive a BMW because of the driving experience then you know how important it is to have a BMW specialist you can trust on call. I can wholeheartedly assure you that Naz and his team are exactly that. They have all the computers you will find at a BMW main service garage. They order all their parts direct from BMW. What they don’t have is the expensive rents of a main service garage and that saving is passed directly on to you. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

i don't do reviews, i don't do mechanics (cos they always try to rip u off), and i don't really do bmw's!!! after buying my first bmw since i was a teenager more than 20 years ago i didn't want to pay main dealer prices, didn't want to connect it to a computer for diagnostis chelsea autoworx booked me in and returned the car to me the same day, all for a decent price. all servicing carried out, computer diagnostics and reset - genuinely impressed with the professionalism and honesty, i think i might have found myself a new mechanic worth going back to
