After few years of using Halfords and cars randomly breaking within two weeks from the MOT/Service I decided to give my new car a chance in different place and Chelsea Bridge Autocentre was the best one I’ve found. Long story short: MOT took about an hour so there was no need to travel back and forth, one of the friendliest customer service I’ve experienced in garages so far. Clean, neat and professional. On top of that I’ve managed to discuss possibility of the exhaust change - I can confirm they do not install parts provided by customers which is a logical choice as they need to provide you with the warranty afterwards, but they are happy for customers to chose the parts they want and they’ll order them directly from the supplier. Already managed to recommend them to my neighbour I’ve met on the way back.

Great guys, the car I was working on failed (legitimately) it's MOT here. Due to not understanding the fail sheet they put it back on the ramps to show me. They went above and beyond in their duty. Really helpful guys and most recommended. A++

Highly Recommend! I had an emergency flat tyre and the mechanics fit me right in, figured out what to do, and told me encouragingly to step into the waiting room with my children while they fixed it. Then they would accept no payment. They were extremely kind and generous with their time. If I lived in the area, I would be a regular customer. As it is, I figured the least I could do was to tell Londoners my experience. :)

Excellent service, first time there and will be coming back. Friendly staff who greet you when you enter and you're not ignored like many other places you go to, including larger well known companies. Went in for 4-wheel laser alignment and it was done within the hour. They told me only the front two wheels needed doing so only charged me for that. Other companies would have done all 4 wheels, just to charge you more. You can even see them working on your car in the workshop.

Why, oh why have i not used these guys before. My office is next door & i have always taken my Volvo to a Volvo dealership for servicing and MOT's. A great place with some of the most honest mechanics known. They are realistic and very reasonable on prices. They breakdown there fault finding process and even cater to the rarest most exclusive exotic/ classic cars made. I can't doubt or fault them 👌🏿👌🏿👌🏿

The motor trade don't - if we are being entirely honest - have a great reputation. How do we know we're not being overcharged? Well, I have been taking various cars to Chelsea Bridge for a long time now and the problem I have consistently faced has been getting them to charge at all! If no work is needed that's just what they will tell you. I was waiting in their reception this week and a man accompanied by his wife and child were practically begging for work to be done on their car - but Chelsea Bridge just said 'It's not necessary'. No charge for investigating either. Use them!

These guys are brilliant. Fud heads up the front-of-house office and is a great font of knowledge about all things auto-centric. The service here is very quick, efficient and most professional. I have used them for MOTs, major mechanical failures and small jobs such as lamp replacement etc: they have excelled throughout this range of work and I recommend them most strongly.

Car collected, 2 new tyres fitted, MOT carried out and car returned in just over 2 hours. That's very good going and completely hassle free for me. These guys are always very helpful.

Last minute booking for MOT. Happy for me to drop car off in the morning even though my appointment wasn’t until afternoon and they have limited space. Good customer service and reasonable price!

I was upset when someone had jimmied our little Micra door open and bent the door in the process. However, my faith was restored in humanity when the lovely bunch of people at Chelsea Bridge Autocentre fitted us in almost immediately. Excellent front of house service and customer care. I have a long drive from London to the French Alps and my tyre pressure warning alert in my French car was activated during my journey to the UK, and so popped into Chelsea Bridge AutoCentre as it happened to be near where I am visiting here in SW8. The tyres were promptly checked, and the alert system rebooted in under 15mins - I wish we had this type of service back in Haute-Savoie, France! Keep it up guys and thanks again, Rachel

(December Update to previous review) Four Pirelli Winter Tyres fitted, balanced and on the road faster than BMW could answer the phone and say X Drive .. I'm typing this whilst I wait to cross the Channel heading to the Alps 3 hours after the work was completed (and it was all done in 40 minutes). The saving using Chelsea Bridge Autocentre for my small fleet has this year alone paid for the winter tyres. If you are driving Land Rover/BMW/Mercedes or Porsche I would not hesitate to recommend this service. Opposite the Dogs Home
