M. B.I've always had a great experience at Chu's garage. The mechanics - Mr Chu and his brother - are very helpful, knowledgeable and reliable. Last year they gave my car a full service and after the work showed me everything they had done (allowing me to inspect the work) and provided a fully itemised invoice.
I will take my car there again this year.
M. B.First class work. One Saturday a few weeks ago in Central London, a short piece of cooling hose burst in my car. The AA made a temporary fix and told me to take the car to my local garage as soon as possible. On Monday I took it to Chu's Garage. On Tuesday, I called and they said they had fixed it. When I went to collect the car, I was very pleasantly surprised to find that not only had they replaced the faulty piece of hose, but the entire network of hoses for that part of the cooling system. They showed me the discarded hose system and allowed me to check through the new hoses they'd fitted. I asked for a quote for the labour in advance, and that is what they charged me, plus the cost of the parts (which were very reasonable!). Chu's are the best!
