I had a very tricky, unusual and expensive repair on my Polo. I had to wait a long time for the right parts to be available. When I left the car there was a problem and another part was needed. Cem handled the whole process. He was always polite, informative, reassuring and extremely competent. I understood he had a difficult time at the branch in trying to keep my vehicle as a priority for such a tricky job but he managed it and got the car back to us with a brilliant repair achieved several days earlier than envisaged. He did an absolutely amazing job in getting the repair done to top standards and in keeping this customer calm, happy and well informed. Well done Cem!

Happy Customer!! I arranged to have my Skoda Roomster to Citygate last week with an electrical issue which was quickly diagnosed & fixed. There was good communication between the team and myself. I found the team to be friendly and very professional in particular Adeel and Nimo in the service department who are great !! The repair was excellent value and WITH a free mini valet too. I have bought my car from this place and bought my car here for service every year but not anymore. This is the second time my car has had some damage to it during a service. Luckily the first time the damage was polished out but this time the my car will need to go to the body shop for scratch damage to the bumper even though the car has front parking sensors. Luckily I noticed this whilst onsite so the service manager accepted and offered to fix it but I failed to notice some chip damage to my driver door until I got home. Even though picture evidence showed a clean door before the service, the same manager said "No" because I had driven off the premises. I phoned as soon as I got home which was only a couple of miles away via B roads with humps so no chance of speed or stones to cause the chips. Needless to say I am apprehensive about colour matching on the fix. Also, after the fix I won't be going there again.

I can not describe how much I needed citygate today! and they pulled through! I work for the NHS and had an issue with my car, as you can imagine I needed it to be on the road more than I have ever done before. Most dealers have shut their doors, however they have stayed open for key workers! in and out in no time. A huge thank you to Amir and the team!! key workers need selfless people like you.

The service I received from Cem and Adeel was absolutely fantastic. My car was booked in for a routine service and was supposed to be collected on the same day, however due to them finding a fault with the steering wheel and bringing it to my attention, they said it was unsafe to drive and they refused to allow me to drive it for my own safety and for the safety of my child. They arranged for me to have a courtesy car as to ensure I was not inconvenienced by this and they returned my car to me a few days later after ensuring it was up to date and safe to drive. I have been a VW customer for over 6 years and have never been under the care of such professional and caring members of a service team. I cannot thank them enough for their honesty and their caring nature towards myself and my child. Thank you for your deligent service and I wish you the best with your careers.

I have been a customer for 5 years now. They have helped me with my Toureg on multiple occasions. The lovely lady (Christina I think) at the front desk is so pleasant and keeps the whole place running smoothly. She does it with a smile and remembers your last name the whole way through the day while making coffees and reminding the staff of their obligations. Gilbert has always been my point of contact and never disappoints. He and the staff have kept my Toureg looking fresh and new. He has always been extremely professional and friendly. He is the guy you want in charge of fixing your car. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Cheers, Danny

Today 26.9.2019 I had an overwhelmingly good experience at City Gate-VW colindale by one employee in particular. Pedro Moneiro he is a honest and good man providing great customer service. As a customer I was seen with such professionalism and through such a short duration of time (a window of 24 hours or less). Pedro Monteiro and the team managed to tackle the fault with ease after me pointlessly spending my time at 4-5 different third party mechanics, Pedro Moneiro made sure i was looked after and also took the time out to give me a call reassuring me everything was ok with the end results. Thanks man im most definitely a happy customer! Thought id share this for anyone looking to be seen to and dealt with understanding and passion that you’d be in good hands, P.s I Passed the M.O.T today also, Hopefully I don’t have to be back with another fault with my VW but if I do id know who to look for.

Friendly staff. a bit slow. Needed a few parts and called in first to ask if they have it in stock. The person on the phone had no idea what I was talking about so had to drive in and talk to the parts dept. directly. The parts dept was very helpful with advisory and information.

Having purchased a nearly new Caddy from VW Wooburn Green last year - six months later we began to have issues with the van starting and the clock resetting itself. Van brought to Wooburn Green - told that software issues and would be rectified when VW released information. To be perfectly honest, they were not interested in investigating further and even though the van was still under warranty, did not want to assist. Following two days of van not starting, we were helped by VW Roadside Assist - Peter - who spoke to Amir at Collingdale - got the van booked in asap. Collingdale diagnosed the fault, rectified and kept us updated throughout via Nitan who called and texted updates. Impressed with their efficiency and most importantly that they wanted to help - something that Wooburn Green could not or did not want to do which is a real shame.

Purchased a vw caddy from citygate centre, travelled 4 hours from manchester. Liased with Ali over the bank holiday weekend and he sorted everything out for me. Arrived at 11:am on tuesday signed some paperwork and was back on the road at 11:50am. If ya want a vw speak to ali he's very helpful.👍

In my household there are 3 VW motor vehicles, each vehicle is maintained, via the Citygate Service Centre based in Colindale. Whether it be an M.O.T. or a Service my experience via the Citygate Service Centre has been excellent. From the initial point of contact via the telephone, to the moment I arrive with my vehicle at the time scheduled, the service provided is both professional and attentive. You get looked after from start to finish and the prices are competitive, Thats why I have been a customer for the last 5 years.
