Wonderful service at Clapham North MOT. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable but I have been lucky enough to have been helped by Steven. He is absolutely impeccable, friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. He went over and beyond to help me with my bike that did not start and came on site to assist with this. Not only did he do a fab job with the service, MOT and repairs but he also delivered it all on time, with a smile and even giving me bike related tips. Fantastic guy that everyone would like to have as their mechanic and very rare to find these days. Thank you and see you soon.

I have used the garage several times now and have been really pleased with the level of service (with a smile) and the quality of work carried out each time. When servicing my motorbikes, they always go over and above what's required, fixed things for free that I hadn't even noticed needed repair, and showed a genuine interest in the bikes and my happiness as a customer. I have just had my car MOT'd and am very impressed with the online presence and automation - top job! I was late for my first appointment and, despite me having undoubtedly caused them to have some dead time, they were extremely accommodating and I was able to book again online just 2 working days later. I was comfortable in the waiting area and the gentleman who served me brought all of the paperwork to me along with a wireless card reader - I really appreciated the efficiency and having a place to work on my laptop whilst waiting. Again, I had the feeling I was a valued customer and that the staff were also genuinely interested in the car. I have been using this garage for a couple of years since I moved and all times they are kind, efficient, helpful and you never feel that you are being ripped off. An example of their efficiency was just now when I needed a receipt urgently from a previous cam belt change and it was in my inbox within 10 minutes! Amazing service.

I've been using Clapham North for MoTs and bigger jobs on my modified car for the last five years, after a neighbour's recommendation. Whilst the garage is very busy, the staff are all very helpful and polite, taking time to explain any issues. At my most recent MoT, I picked up puncture on the way to the garage and they were able to replace the tyre (explaining why it wasn't repairable) and repair another issue, getting the car through a retest on the same day. They take account of differences modified vehicles may have, as well as carefully noting additional instructions I have given them, like non-standard wheel alignment. Despite moving five miles away from the garage three years ago, I have carried on using Clapham North because I trust them 100%. Highly recommended.

I pre-booked an MOT, I arrived at the garage on time and was immediately ushered into the service bay by a polite and clean engineer who offered me the waiting room but suggested that I might like to go and get a cup of tea as the MOT would take 40 Minutes. There's always something interesting in for a check, MOT or service, showing the wide variety of vehicles the customers entrust to them. The staff are very keen make sure your car/bike is safe and reliable and get you on your way, definitely no sucking air through teeth and claiming you require expensive work unnecessarily. I have just had my car MOT’d and as ever the service was excellent and friendly. They are open and quiet so it is a ideal time to get your MOT/service done at a very fair price. I would not go anywhere else now. The service is always excellent and the staff extremely friendly & helpful. I know nothing about cars but am never made to feel foolish as everything is patiently explained to me in language that I can understand. Furthermore all of this comes at a very fair price, no more so than today when no payment was accepted for what must have been a very time consuming task.

Needed a MOT so used their website to book one which was very easy with quite a few time slots available on the day. After about 10 minutes I received a text to confirm the slot. Arrived early and was greeted politely and told where to leave the bike. Its a spacious place compared to some mot places I've been and you get to watch them do the MOT while you wait. Had a little chat about bikes and good roads with one of the mechanics and left stress free with a new MOT certificate. Can't ask for more than that.

I turned up they took the bike sent me off for half an hour to have breakfast, came back after thirty minutes and all sorted. 5 Star experience for my Scooter MOT. Booked online super easy, received a text to confirm, was received on time and with a smile. The mechanic fixed my front brake otherwise would have failed the test and didn’t charge me extra. Not sure a lot of garages would be that helpful. Great place to have your MOT done. Hassle free experience and super friendly staff. Before going there I phoned the place up to book a scooter MOT. I was told there is no need to book a service for motorbikes/scooters. I liked that actually but was a bit concerned there may be a line of bikes waiting for an MOT when I get there. There wasn't. I guess the owners know what they are doing and the system works. I showed up, was asked to leave the scooter and to come back in 30 minutes. 30 minutes later I was on my way home. Perfect. In my experience they do the minimum but not too helpful about anything else. Website is misleading in terms of being able to book MOTs or services on the weekend... you can't.
