Alex and team performed an interim/intermediate service on my BMW. I also requested that they looked into a rattling sound from the front of the engine - which turned out to be a damaged crankshaft pulley. Not the cheapest item to repair, however, Alex was quick to diagnose this for me and have this fixed. Car is running really smooth and with no rattle. Work was carried out on-time of not earlier and really pleased. Alex seems to be a real down to earth kind of guy and will be honest with what needs to be done - thanks DSR!

Absolutely brilliant experience. Frank & Alex & the team are professional, friendly, polite, experienced and so very kind. They are totally fair, and indeed, generous with their prices. By the way, I'm not affiliated with them. I'm staying locally and found them on Google Maps as the closest place to me. This is how a garage is supposed to run. They provided me with a reasonable quote for a water pump and timing belt job, set a date for it to happen and a time, and let me know they use quality parts. They also gave me realistic timescales for how long the work would take. What got me was their professionalism and knowhow. I asked one guy a question and he gave me a detailed answer that made sense. I said hi to another guy at the shop and he gave me a spot of advice that was exactly the same answer the other guy gave me 2 minutes prior. Thats how you know these guys know what they are doing. They are located in between two shops across the road from the Lloyd's bank. Highly recommended.

Really honest garage. Were really helpful with a DPF issue I had with my Mazda 3. Had to go back a couple of times and they kindly didn't charge for all labour 2nd time around. Explained everything, confirmed they should go ahead before starting any work and got the issue resolved. Easy to speak to and ask questions. Would highly recommend.

Superb experience and can't recommend too highly. My car developed a major fault and main dealer wanted 3 hours labour just to diagnose. Alex and Frank achieved this with a £40 pressure test and proceeded to replace head gasket quickly, professionally, and at extremely reasonable cost. Clear communication at every stage and a pleasure to do business with.

After 3 different garages with a grinding noise from the engine bay, while others replaced everything on the drive belt system (all pulleys inc crankshaft pulley and water pump) and the noise was there again after 2 days and 750 pounds gone down the drain, THESE GUYS FOUND OUT THAT THE CRANKSHAFT PULLEY WAS FOR A DIFFERENT MODEL AND WAS HEAVIER THAN WHAT THE CAR HAD TO HAVE FITTED IN, NOW THE CAR IS QUIET AND WE ALL ARE HAPPY! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON OTHER GARAGES USE THE ONE THAT CARES AND WANTS TO FIX IT!! THERE SHOULD BE MORE LIKE THEM NOT THE USUAL IDIOTS WANNA BE MECHANICS.

This garage saved me and my husband from purchasing a VW Golf with a faulty gearbox. We talked to them about the trouble we have been having finding a reliable automatic car and they were helpful with advice on what cars we should look at and good places to purchase from. Their Pre Purchase inspection is very thorough and reasonably priced. They were quick to get the car checked even though they were busy and were very honest about what they found. I wish I lived in London so I could use this garage more often! Super friendly staff.

Amazing! Had a difficult misfire - Richard and co did a compression test, coil check and smoke test to isolate the problem. When the misfire returned a couple of days later they changed my inlet manifold gaskets with free labour, even refusing my offer to chip in! Very pleased and will be back for servicing.

Outstanding service! Had booked an MOT for today but discovered I had a flat battery. Had called RAC. Meanwhile I called thus garage to reschedule MOT.
