Efficient and friendly service. Good value for the area - I had a timing belt replacement and received a range of quotes. Job was completed within a day as agreed, and they threw in a few little extras too. I'll be going back and using as my garage from now on.

Good seeing you Rahman Thanks for sorting my car out again. As always from last 10 years you always dealt with me professionally and been helpful. I was surprised to see and read the bad review and was not sure if they got the right garage or person. I have fixed my car with Mr Rahman for many years and never had bad experience. Always were very helpful, hornets, value for money and most importantly I trust his work. I drive an hour to get to him to get my service and mot and it’s well worth the journey. I honestly recommend duo motor team / Rahman to all people to take their cars and they will be 100% happy with the work and service.

This is a very good garage and they are honest and don't treat you are like some dumb woman who doesn't know about cars and garages. The manager here was very friendly and professional, he was helpful and explanative, they had attention to detail and their garage is customer friendly, they know how to keep customers, treat em nice and be honest then they'll come back. Most of all I felt like they were trustworthy, I paid a reasonable price to service my car here where others places where charging a lot more and were rubbish at treating customers.

Hello People. This is my first time reviewing as I am never a big fan on putting reviews. After my experience with Duo Motor I really wanted to spread the word about my experience with this garage. I hate taking my car to the garage, I have been ripped off so many times by even the well known ones but I have now for the first time found some skilled mechanics that talk to you in layman's terms and listen to your issues with your car rather than trying to work out how much you know about them so they can price accordingly. My clutch was on the verge of going and I really needed my car for a long distance trip. My car was brought in first thing Friday and was ready 9am Monday morning ready for my trip. Duo Motors managed to order me a Clutch for my Honda Accord 2.4 in less than 24 hours for a reasonable price. Whilst It was being booked in one of the mechanics rode it onto the ramp and lifted it. He invited me over to look underneath with him and he pointed out some issues with the bushes which were worn, which clearly shows the unexplained knocking sound I’ve had before. Both parts fitted / done within the time period stated by them. I Highly recommend Duo Motor to everyone, especially women who feel uneasy about going to garages. Reading some of the reviews I am very confused with a few of the petty and poorly written reviews without any decent explanation. A HUGE thanks to Rahman, Ali and the rest of the boys there. These guys are polite, honest, give good reasonable quotes and get the job done fast. 10/10. Overall Duo Motor garage itself is clean and very welcoming. 'See for yourself' – I have :o) Cheerio and will see you again soon for my future motoring needs.

A great experience from the initial contact with the service manager Rahman right through to picking up a perfectly valeted and serviced car. Staffs were very polite and helpful. Rahman dealt with all of my requests efficiently and professionally. I have taken my BMW(s) here for years and I trust the advice that I receive from duo motors. I was surprised by price of the value service; it is very competitive even compared to my local garage. I don't usually write reviews, but credit to Rahman and the team. Absolutely fantastic service provided. We took our reasonably old bmw MOT'd and serviced here: smooth customer care, and the price was very reasonable. Rahman (the owner) was a very nice guy, and keen to make our experience as easy and painless as possible. A great little plus was that the car came back cleaned and hovered - for no extra cost at all! Would definitely recommend. I won't be looking for another garage when my car next needs an MOT

I've just picked up my car after an MOT and service, these guys are competitively priced and were friendly and helpful. As a female who will admit to knowing very little about the workings of an engine it's nice to find a garage I can trust and I finally think I may have found one.

I found Duo Motors to be helpful and reasonably priced, and their premises are invitingly tidy and clean. My old Nissan Micra failed its MOT at Camden Council on minor items, two lights and the windscreen washers. Duo put these right, having to use some ingenuity as parts for a twenty-year-old car are not always available, and I'd managed to break one washer jet. I would use them again.

I cannot recommend Duo Motors highly enough having gone there as a complete stranger to see about a repair to my old man's vandalised wing mirror on his little Jazz. Mr Rahman and his staff were courteous, helpful and actually beyond reasonable even when they uncovered some previously botched, scary wiring which they patiently remedied at no extra cost. The excellent Mohammed made sure to keep me informed at every stage and I was more than happy to return there to have them take the car for its MOT despite living on the other side of London. Glen was very informative and honest! i'm not from London but i was down for work and was looking somewhere local and came across DUO motor, happy i made the choice! the service i needed for my car was a concern and needed it in two days and glen manage to get it done the day before! i know who to go to when i'm down in London! Very Good - guys were polite and happy to help, i had AA garage cover so the cost reduced, i also had an issue with the repair and they have agreed to take it back. Haven't given a 5 star rating as well as one of the two mechanical issues wasn't resolved. Initially AA mechanic mentioned a issue with the VANOS but this was not fixed?? was quite confused, so in other words the issue was partly fixed, plan to take it back over the weekend.

Had my BMW coupe serviced here, they noticed the fuel & pollen filters needed replacing which they quoted £95.00 for supply & fit for each. This was ridiculous as part only cost £40 for fuel filter & £9 for the pollen filter and they had the car up on a ramp and dismantled anyway, after some brief negotiating they agreed to supply & fit the fuel filter for £50.00. Although they maintained that to supply and fit the pollen filter they would charge me £95 again, this was ridiculous as euro car parts only charge £9 for the pollen filter & fitting is a two minute job. So this i will do myself. My var also hesitates when starting now, like a 20 year fiesta, so bit dubious about whether they replaced all the parts they should have in a service. The customer service was ok and they seemed flexible but keep your wits about you!

A strange one as I don't have a car. I ride a old school harley bobber (motorbike) and my battery died when 'cruising' brick lane. All I needed was a jump start from a portable starter and considering it was 4pm on a friday and after calling 4-5 garages in the area I had the expected answer of 'Sorry mate…..' even after offering £20 and Ill do all the walking. When I got through to Duo they mentioned that it would be tough but maybe they could help so I walked the 15 Mins down to the workshop. I was surprised at how technically unto date and clean the shop was, all the staff were smart in uniform and clearly wanting to finish for the weekend but friendly and busy. After an attempt to get another garage to help as they were busy (£50….no way) the shop owner released one of his staff to…get this: Get the correct starter. Drive me to the bike 15 mins walk away. Start it When I offered the £20 he smiled and said 'Don't worry about it if we can we will, just write a Review about Duo' So here it is. They didn't have to help, but did and didn't charge. LEGENDS. I will direct anyone with car issues to these guys. Well done

The guys are very polite and listen. No probs with the attitude. Had an issue with the repair and they took it back to redo without any fuss. It shows they do want to provide a service. Haven't given a 5 star rating as one of the two mechanical issues wasn't resolved. The unresolved issue was intermittent and potentially difficult to diagnose but felt a lot more could have been done to investigate. E.g. spoke to another garage and seemed they were willing to try more things and put in more effort to get to the root of the issue. Luckily it didn't come to this, I just fixed it myself, turned out to be faulty HT leads. Kind of surprised Duo didn't pick this up as they did change the coil pack (which the HT leads connect to). As soon as I fiddled around in that area the ht leads felt apart, became obvious. So in summary, nice polite guys, genuine, reasonably priced but a little lack in effort.

I got my car recovered to my regular garage because the clutch failed. I was told that the gearbox and the clutch needed replacing the cost of repair 1100 pounds. did not think that the car was worth repairing so I decided to scrap it. but one of my friends introduced me to duo motor so I got my car recovered to them. six hours later I got my car back with a new clutch, clutch cable and a small part on the gearbox the total cost 370 pounds. I wish I had known this garage before, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend duos to anyone and if you think their prices are expensive then send me a message I will give you the address of my old garage.
