The mechanic I have used for years unfortunately closed down and I was recommended to Fallsbrook Motors. They have carried out a service and MOT for me today and I have been extremely pleased with the service I received from them. From the moment I called them to book my car in Raj was extremely friendly and professional. When I dropped the car off to them this morning their office/workshop appeared very well organised and the other members of their team were also very friendly. Raj kept me updated throughout the day and when I collected the car it had been cleaned. I would highly recommend them and I will definitely use them again. My wife recently had her cars MOT done by them and she had an equally impressive experience.

Raj and Simon were extremely professional, friendly and helpful. I had a semi-automatic clutch and gearbox that needed to be repaired. They were open and honest with exactly what was needed in order for it to be repaired and explained what parts were available and the prices for each of them along with their professional recommendations. They provided me with lots of information and happily answered any questions I had. Raj and Simon kept me in the loop the entire time my car was being repaired and tested it many times to make sure it was road worthy. The battery in our car went flat but the symptoms were inconclusive and message on the dash board said the fault was with the brakes. Simon immediately suggested all the errors and the display were to do with the battery which the computerised testing confirmed. The issue was solved quickly and efficiently. But when I took my Ford Fiesta for its MOT and annual service to Fallsbrook Motors, they were professional, flexible and friendly from start to finish. Fallsbrook Garage constantly go above the service level I would have expected from a local garage. They helped me out during a particular nasty encounter with a Warranty company called Warranty Wise (I would NOT recommend Warranty Wise to anyone). They helped me get the result I needed to get my S-Max back on the road as soon as possible. Communication is excellent and they explained everything clearly at each stage of the repair. They also have email that they check if, like me, you are desk based and find it easier to email them. Have been here twice and cannot fault them. Once i took a flat tyre in which i assumed needed replacing. They took it apart, checked it, pumped it up and tested it twice over 24 hours. In the end they charged me nothing as the tyre was fine! Above and beyond.
