Excellent independent Alfa Romeo & Fiat specialist, the only one in London as far as I know. Out of London specialists will be a bit cheaper due to lower overheads but Firela were helpful, fast and efficient and know the cars and all the wrinkles - a (uprated) clutch and DMF replacement. Always a good thing when most general garages are a bit scared of Alfas and you end up paying for their voyage of discovery and lack of special tools. Many would charge more, be slower and not know to replace or grease bellhousing bushes. I'd definitely use them again.

I use to take my Fiat Super Strada Bertone Cabrio here for mechanical issues or spare parts way back in the late 80's. It's good to know that Marco and the team are still in business, and continue to provide an excellent, honest and reliable service after all these years. Well done Firela Motors!

I took my Abarth 124 to Firela Motors for some fault-finding after the car started to misfire. The fault was diagnosed and fixed within a matter of hours, and the staff were an absolute joy to deal with - Marco, in particular, is a gent. Best described as a gem in the rough, traditional garages like Firela Motors are few and far between. Keep up the good work.

Firela were very professional and honest when dealing with my Alfa Romeo, very knowledgeable about the brand/model which was reassuring. They fixed several problems in quick time with reasonable prices including a very nasty dent in the door panel/crease line which they fixed as good as new with no fuss and for the price agreed. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend Firela!

1st experience at Firela motors. Excellent and professional motor mechanics. I had a full service, spark plugs, new cam belt with a water pump, cabin filter change, followed by an MOT, all for a reasonable price. A mechanic had taken my car here for a MOT , it failed on the retest. Sadly no room to negotiate as it had failed on the wipers. The motor was £85 and labour was £60 had to scrap car....... ? Great at upholding government rules

Went in expecting an expensive replacement of the timing chain on my Mini as two different mechanics suggested it. But after investigating the guys at Firela found that it was a much smaller problem and cheaper to resolve, essentially saving me hundreds of pounds. I took my 2008 Alfa GT here for some repairs. I had only bought it a couple of weeks before and there were a few things that the previous owner had left undone. I was very impressed with Firela Motors. They promptly inspected the car and then called me to let me know what worked needed to be done and also, most importantly, how much it would cost. They then emailed with a confirmation of the work and the cost. They managed to complete all the repairs within 48 hours so I was very happy.

I recently bought an Alfa Romeo MiTo 155 and was looking for a specialist to look after my car. It quickly developed a knock from the front suspension and I decided to book it in with Firela as they were convenient to both my work and home. The required remedy was communicated to me (worn drop link as I expected) for authorisation before it was carried out and the price was very fair - considering they are in zone 2. I will be bringing the car back for its MOT and service when due. Ed

I’ve been using Firela for roughly 8 years, with my cherished Alfa GT and now 335 BMW, they’ve always done very good work and also to note repaired accident damage superbly - on what was undoubtedly quite a tricky job. Going from a Alfa to BMW hasn’t phased them and they always use genuine parts. From routine servicing, bodywork or more complicated mechanical work they’re superb - a traditional Italian garage clearly run by enthusiasts. To note I’m quite an enthusiast myself so not the easiest customer to please when it come to garage work. Never a rushed job but always a high quality job - with sensibly reasonable pricing for quality work. If I’ve ever had an issue they’ve always attended to it quickly and never attempted to charge anymore than the original quote, even when it’s required further (expensive) parts - one gets the felling they look after their customers to keep repeat long term custom. They seem to cater from old vans to some pristine classics to high end new performance cars and everything in between. Don’t expect a full valet with every service or fancy waiting room, do expect a garage proud to demonstrate what they’ve done and a quality of bodywork and mechanics, perhaps better than many main dealers. Also expect honesty, often lacking in garages. Keep it up!

After looking for a FIAT garage to service my Panda, I came across Firela Motors! The service received was 5 star, my car was promptly checked. I was taken to the back to see and to be explained the issues my car has. Everything was fixed and my car returned by lunch time. I appreciate the professional and friendly service. After getting a second-hand 500c last year i was looking for a Mot and service firela motors isn't to far from home so booked in. Took it in for 07:30. The car ready buy lunch the costs was less than i expected. Refreshing to find a honest car mechanic. And the car is running better than when i picked it up from the dealer who was supposed to have service the car before we took it!!!!

I have used Firela on a number of occasions on both my Panda 100HP and my classic X1/9. These guys know their stuff and these cars. Always good to deal with but my advice as with any mechanic is to get as much info uopfront and a rough idea of price if you can - inevitably things do come up on cloder inspection. So far so good :)

Passionate about cars, particularly Italian ones, but always helpful and nice people. They have been servicing/repairing my cars for years.
