My vehicle was damaged in a hit and run incident and was sent to Fix Auto in Hampstead, the first interaction over the phone with Jordan was professional, informative and concise. Updates were given and other members of staff were also courteous, the level of customer service received was high and the work completed on my vehicle was high quality, I would recommend Fix Auto in Hampstead highly and will consider them first should I require their services in the future.

Great fast service, took a week for my bmw 3 series 2016 to be repaired, brand new front bumper and a brand new headlight all original parts ordered from bmw directly as I have been told and it does show the bmw branding on the headlight itself as third parties parts wouldnt have that. It was done through insurance and paid only the excess fee as per insurance policy and nothing more and nothing less. Excellent customer service kept me up to date with whats happenin. Initially I wasnt sure about the previous ratings, made me hesitate to use them. However I had a go and see what happens. And I wasnt disappointed at all. Keep up the good work.

Excellent service from the accounts lady to the receptionists to the body works team. Despite a frustrating 2 months delay on sourcing a brand new part from overseas, a solution to source the part within the UK has able the team to start the works and get my car ready in just a week. In the meantime, i received weekly text updates and regular phone calls. So very happy with the team and the work provided but beware of the curtesy car as every fine you might get will add a costly £25 x 2 admin fees making any driving mistake a costly one.

Best service ever! I had a decent courtesy car for the duration of the repair which took a week. I got regular phone calls updating me with each stage of the repair (identifying the repairs, ordering parts, fitting them etc), and they arranged a drop off date/time to suit me. Not only that but the car was returned to me having been vacuumed, washed and waxed. Looked good as new. Highly recommended. Definitely would use again!

I got my Porsche repaired at fix auto after an accident. I have very specialist paintwork on my vehicle and was very worried, but after discussing this with the estimator my mind was put at rest absolutely smashing job guys!! Excellent customer service....i highly recommend.

My car was crashed into and the insurance arranged for my car to go to fix auto. I was quite sceptical based on the reviews, however they have done an amazing job! The staff were always helpful when I phoned up for an update.

Fix Auto West Hampstead repaired my TVR Tuscan after a car and a bus ran into it on two separate days. The results of their work was outstanding. The car has a very specialised paint, but the quality of finish was perfect, and the car now looks better than ever. Fix Auto also performed some mechanical work for me - removing, refurbishing and refitting my steering rack. I'm also very pleased with this. Added to their good communication and helpful reception staff they have turned a rather unpleasant set of incidents around. Would thoroughly recommend!
