Great personal service, quick repair and professional attitude. I was recommended to Fix Auto by my insurer and had no previous experience with the process. They made it seamless and personalized. They went above and beyond, the quality of repair was amazing, they cleaned the car inside and out as well! Thank you guys. I also had a plastic bit rattling in the drivers door when going around 20mph, which they tightened and fixed. Can't give them enough praise. Very happy with everything.

I have given my Audi A4 Sport to this Garage after non fault car collision, I can say that I am really happy with this Garage , it is professional, got fixed my front and rear bumpers with rear Beam, all within 4 days. And they have also washed my car! Amazing! I will definitely recommend to my family and friends. I can say that it is one of the best Garages in London. Brilliant service ! My insurance company put me in contact with fix auto to repair some damage on the back bumper. I dropped the car off on Monday and was told I could pick it up by Friday but instead they had it all ready on Wednesday 2 days early , they also cleaned the car for me and left it looking newer than when I dropped it off. Lovely people that explained everything to me in a simple way as I’m a newby driver! I would highly recommend their services

Friendly staff. Efficient service. 2 weeks ago I took my car in for a quote for a side swipe accident. i take a car to Fix auto and The same day evening I received the quote and was asked to bring the car next days to be repaired. The job was promised to be completed in two days which it was. Clean inside and outside and looks shiny when collected. The workmanship was outstanding and I would highly recommend Fix Auto West Kensington.

Incredible service from the boys at Fix Auto West Ken. Front end of my car was severely banged up in an accident that was not my fault. The guys managed to pretty much replace the entire front end of the car within 3 days and it looks good as new! Could not recommend them highly enough.

Got into an accident and the third party insurance said i can only go to Fix Auto. I read very bad reviews from the Park Royal and the other branch so i told the insurance i only want to go to the west Kensington branch! I am very glad I did. Very friendly and very professional staff. The color match on my bumper is spot on you would think Mitsubishi did the job. The car was washed and valeted the car like Brand New. Hit by a bus while parked on a Thursday afternoon, which totally removed the front bumper of my Jeep. Called Fix Auto who invited me to bring in the car the next morning. Fast, headache free repair! Had an accident, in which the front bumper, bonnet, lights and grill guard of my Yellow Nissan Juke had to be replaced. The turnaround for the whole repair was 4 working days. I was kept updated throughout the whole process -- from the parts being ordered, to the parts being painted. My insurance had a courtesy car policy in it and therefore, the guys at the center were kind enough to provide me with a brand new Kia Picanto until my car got repaired. I'd most definitely recommend this branch of Fix Auto in West Kensington.
