I have had the very best experiences with G.S Garage, Took my car in for a full service. They fully inspected my car thoroughly even found a tiny nail i mean small as a needle on my car tyre!! I then went and got it repaired (it had a small leak) in a car tyre shop before I went for a long motorway drive the next day. That was a much smoother and Fantastic drive! Mr Ali is an expert, professional, extremely knowledgeable and explained me about my car issues in great detail. His communication skills are impeccable especially with my back and forth emails with tons of questions he's been very patience and responded to all of my emails. I plan to continuously use their services going forward without hesitation even if it means paying a premium price you are sure that it's getting looked after by a trusted and reliable mechanics!! I definitely recommend this garage. They’re very professional and quick. The full service is actually a full service - all filters changed, properly checked the brakes, oil changed, full scan with diagnostic tool and full check of the vehicle. When I collected my car they showed me all of the old parts that where changed. Unlike the old garage I’ve been to, where I’m pretty sure that many things were done only on paper, from these guys I left confident that my car was properly serviced. Will clearly go back there for my next service or for any other mechanical issues that I might have. Five stars. Keep up the great work!

Wow, I have never met service like this! Nice, professional, and HONEST team that took the time and attention to fix the electrical problem in my car. They did not solve it unfortunately, but they did not charge me any money either, despite the time spent and hooking up the car to a computer, which was supposed to cost 60 pounds. No cheating, no upselling, just honesty and good hearts. Bless you! Also the garage itself is very neat and tidy- pleasure to visit. I will definitely come back when in need and I also keep recommending you to all my friends. Thanks a million!

Very good service from the team. The owner took time to thoroughly inspect my newly purchased vehicle (which had a 48 hour return policy) to identify potential issues as well as those faults flagged by the computer and explain what these meant, costs to remediate and his recommendations. Took my car here for the first time today as recommended. As a female, I am a bit skeptical about using new garages as I have been ripped off in the past (parts changed that wasn’t required, extortionate prices etc) I was very pleased with the service received by Ali. Excellent customer service and he explained everything to me in great detail. After leaving my car feels like new. I had a full service for a very reasonable price, plus asked him to complete some extras. Everything was finished within the specified time and I was kept informed. I was shown all parts that was changed etc. Ali is a thorough mechanic and my service and after care did not feel rushed and the issues with my car was explained in a way that wasn’t incomprehensible. Very friendly and professional team looked at it and straight away told me what the problem was with out taking it apart. After I gave permission to continue they showed me and explained every thing that was wrong with it and what needed to happen to fix the problem. I was a bit wary of choosing a garage as someone who's new to owning a car and didn't have any local recommendations to go on, but I chose these guys based on having the best reviews within a couple of miles of where I live, and so far I'm glad I did! Service over the phone and in person was friendly, professional and efficient, and they checked out an annoying electrical issue with my ancient Toyota the same afternoon before thoroughly explaining the problem to me, recommending I get my battery changed under warranty (when they could easily have just done the work themselves and charged me for it), and refusing to bill me for their time. I'll be back if I have any other issues and/or for my next MOT, whichever comes first!

I tried to replace my standard fiesta spoiler with the st spoiler which was bigger and longer which meant I have to extend my break light. I did it myself however what I didn’t realise at the time was that I blown a fuse and made a mess of what I did. They guys at G.S Garage changed my fuse, did my wiring and put on the spoiler for me. Best service I’ve ever had with my car. I usually feel patronised and ripped off when I’ve used various Halfords and Qwik Fit in the past. These guys were polite, knowledgeable and efficient. They found a fault with my car that had been recurring but no one in the past had been able to fix it!! Went in to replace two front headlights. Very helpful and efficient. First time went there. Will be going again to get full service done on my vehicle. On Saturday 9 March visited the place to get my full service and MOT done and also get the radiator fixed as well on my BMW. What can I say I was well impressed with the quality of services. A free diagnostic checks was also carried out. The guys not only did the job on time but also showed me the pictures of the parts that required replacement. Further more, an in-depth advice was provided on how maintenance of the vehicle. On the whole I was really pleased with the services. My car drives really smooth too!

These guys are worth making the effort to visit. You don't find many garages like this. Ali talked me through everything with my car, just took the time to explain ideas, processes, and reasoning. Every step of the way he was really professional, incredibly polite on the phone as well when kindly keeping me updated throughout the day. The technician also did an excellent job with my task, considering what it was. And, the whole team were really understanding of my deadline and were realistic with me about what we could do, which turned out to be a perfect solution. I brought it in Monday morning and it was done by the afternoon, despite including cutting and measuring and spots of torch welding. They also made sure that our solution would be the most cost effective long term, whilst consulting me about how I wanted it to end up. And, if you like tea and coffee they certainly offer that to you as well throughout! So nice.

I went in for a MOT and this is the first time ever where I have NOT experienced a garage not taking advantage of the customer and identifying minor faults and trying to hard sell the customers minor repairs. They were very reasonable on price, great service and only charged for the MOT. Added advisorys on the certificate but did not push about getting the minor defects resolved immediately at their garage. I think it would be difficult to find a car garage this open and honest.

Best mechanic service ever! I had a ongoing issue with my suspensions as well as my ABS light randomly kept coming on. I feared the worst so when I went to go see Ali, he was very calm and composed which made me feel at ease. He was able to explain what the issues were in non technical terms to me. The team were able to fix my issues within 24 hours, unluckily I had the ABS light come back on so I took it back to Ali and he was able to fix it for me in no time, and no my car drives like new. I had an accident where my car was making a horrible screeching noise, and unfortunately for me this occurred during late hours in the day where practically no garage was open to help identify the cause of the problem. Luckily these amazing mechanics were open until 7PM and were able to identify the problem in SECONDS where of which one of the springs snapped off. They were very understanding and offered an extremely good price to replace the springs and brake pads and had my car ready to drive again by the following morning! Ali and his team go above and beyond for their clients and after having a bit of a nightmare a week after buying my first car they finally diagnosed the problem after going to two other garages and eventually getting towed there by AA. After much investigating and replacing my fan belt as mine was a wreck, they recommended their friend Don’s garage literally across the road from them. Even though my car was at their garage for around two weeks, they only charged me cost for the part they replaced there. Even though it was the garage across from them that eventually sorted the bigger issue (who were also excellent- “Stratford Servicing” I think but they don’t seem to be online) I can’t recommend GS enough and will definitely be returning in the future even though it’s further than I need to go. Most importantly, they really know their stuff, and will admit when someone else is better equiped to help. After hearing so many horror stories about garages I feel so lucky and privileged to have, by chance, found a genuine, trustworthy mechanic. Also, even when the car was with Don, Ali made sure to keep me updated with regular calls and even called my dad too! Definitely five stars- more if it was possible.
