I inherited my mum's car and it was in quite bad shape. Going through paperwork the mechanics that had it before obviously didn't do a good enough job. I went to Globe and booked in the car for an MOT and service to get it back to a decent standard (I live locally). The next day they called me up (after the car failed the MOT) and explained what was wrong with the car and then asked if I wanted to come to the garage and he would show me. He talked me through what was wrong and what was needed, gave me a price and asked if I was happy for them to start work. He said it would take 3 days (there was a bit to be done)and I was really surprised and happy when they called 2 days later and said the car was ready! I went to collect the car and he said you will really like the result. Needless to say I took it for a spin. I couldn't believe how well the car was running. It hasn't felt that good for a long time, the car is 9.5 years old. I was only going to go round the block but ended up out for half an hour. Really testing the work that was done. I was so pleased with the results and they even cleaned the car too. I will definitely recommend to my friends or anyone else and I will definitely take all my future business his way 100%! I am so fortunate to have Hussein's garage on my doorstep! They are without doubt one of the most reliable and trustworthy mechanics I have ever used. They offer very reasonable prices, the quality of their work is exceptional and they go the extra distance when it comes to providing service to their customers. I bought an old BMW a little over a year ago and it essentially came with a whole host of problems that only started happening a few months in - prime example; it started turning itself off and the steering wheel would lock whenever I slowed down (terrifying stuff when driving through country lanes at the weekend!). Hussein was able to quickly assess what the issue(s) were, he sourced spare parts for cheaper than their standard market cost (saving me a boatload), he provided me with a detailed breakdown of the work that needed to be carried out (along with photographs of the broken bits to my engine) and he provided me with regular updates as he and his team brought my car back to life. Cannot recommend these guys enough!

Took my Mercedes in for an electrical issue with my wing mirror as I live nearby in Fitzrovia. Very impressed with the level of services and dedication to resolving the issue especially as the issue was the result of shoddy work done by a previous garage Smith & Hunter and was only visible when the door was properly unpacked. It's an old fashioned idea to have a local garage down the end of your road; a place you can go and they service the car etc. These days it's much more likely to go to a huge corporate company, like we do for all sorts of things. Well I know what I prefer!!! I am delighted to have Globe Motors literally down the end of the road. So my BMW was due for Annual service and booked into main dealership for a service, but here comes the headache. Dealer called me to inform that they are unable to open the bonnet. So i decided to get them to take a look, I get the news from dealership who got back to me to say they will have make a 'HOLE' on the bonnet to get to the lock which will cost me a new bonnet & paintwork. I was blown away with the quotation and got my car out of the dealer. after a family BBQ as i was talking to friends i get recommended to Globe Motors by a friend who uses them for his car. I took my car to Globe Motors for a inspection and surprisingly they managed to open the bonnet without damaging any body panel which cost me new cables.and got my serviced by them too. i am very happy by my decision made, i have received an excellent service and put all my old parts aside to show what has been changed and advised my on a further repairs. EXCELLENT SERVICE Thank You Guys i am very impressed with the service and help. would definitely recommend you to friends and families. Very Honest and Reliable.

I was naturally a little nervous as I am a female but it was evident that I was worried over nothing. The staff there were really friendly and helpful to me. Don’t let the modest appearance and somewhat obscure location fool you, this is a first class garage. I have been taking my cars here for the last six years and have always been impressed by the quality of the work, the reasonable prices and Hussain’s encyclopedic knowledge of cars. He is particularly passionate about BMWs and on several occasions has saved me hundreds of pounds resolving issues which my local main dealer wanted to charge me through the roof for. I came across this garage about 17 years ago by accident. It is very near my home. I can’t remember which car I used the garage for, but suffice to say, not only did they do a great job, but they saved me money,!! From then on, all my cars have been completely serviced, resprayed, in fact whatever they have needed! I have never come across a group of people so committed to their work, who give honest, personal service. They always show my the parts they have replaced/they always go above and beyond!! I have recommended this great garage to a lot of people, some with very particular feelings about their cars and they all continue to use Globe Motors. They also are equipped to do Warantee work and only when it’s something that BMW/Merc have specific machines for, do they tell me to go direct to Manufacturers. I 100% recommend this garage!!! I have been using this garage for 3 years, for my BMW 3 series and also Maserati Quattroporte. I had all my MOT there and they also fixed all the issues with my temperamental Maserati, had battery replaced, computer reset and repaired/resprayed the bumper as well. They are much better than dealers as they always give you options for different repairs, while dealers will only replace the whole things for you and bill you thousand pounds.

Love the quick service and quality of work. Brought my van in with severe damage to the left wheel and wing. Had been quoted ridiculous amounts of money at other larger commercial mechanics and told it would take over 2 weeks the guys at Globe motors had my van ready in 2 day at a fraction of the price other mechanics quoted.
