I used this service today and I was super satisfied. Initially I went to Halfords Alperton who said they couldn't do the job (it turns out they could) and directed me to West Ealing. The team was really helpful and knowledgeable, they went way out of their way, they were effective and fast, I was really impressed and felt well looked after. Been coming here a few years now, but 1st time writing a review for this branch of Halfords Autocentre. Can only speak for the staff at the desk (as they are the one's I had contact with). They work efficiently and effectively keeping you up to date with the progress and their findings of what needs to be looked at now or in the near future (car was booked in for a service). Can get busy for the 1 staff member when there's a customer in the reception area and they have a phone query at the same time. Felt I was missing the personal touch and one to one interaction when collecting the vehicle, otherwise all good with the service provided and reasonable online prices

Had a low coolant alert and was unsure which one to purchase. Went to Halfords Auto Centre in West Ealing. The guys were extremely helpful and had lots of advise. They even topped up the coolant with no charge! Highly recommended and felt they were trustworthy and honest. Wil definitely use again for all car related service matters

Have been using Halfords Autocentre West Ealing for many years for MOT, services and general maintenance. Very friendly, helpful and professional staff. Recently replaced a suspension arm for my 1987 Mercedes at a very reasonable price and returned the car to me much quicker than I expected. Highly recommended.

Had full service done, they kept me informed via phone and email of what extras needed to be done (recommendations) and then again when car was ready. Just over 3hrs for the service.

Had my Car MOT done here. Needed it done quickly and they were really helpful and got it done same day. Wonderful service, professional and Friendly. They were also very sweet with my 2 year old who was fascinated by the Garage and Cars. They gave him a little tour! Delighted all round & Thank you.

Iggy the manager and all of the staff, are very friendly and helpful. I wanted to have four new tyres fitted, of a particular brand, which had to be ordered. The garage received the tyres the next day, I was contacted on their arrival and they were fitted that same day. They also checked my oil and screen wash. Excellent service.
