H. B.I have been coming to Highview for years now and whatever you go to them with they are always friendly, professional and trustworthy. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my car. I had a problem today with my clutch and took my car in- I got a call this afternoon saying they had already looked at it and asked for my go ahead to do the work and it’s been fixed today with a really reasonable price. Tony and his team are brilliant- I wouldn’t go to any other garage

a. s.Tony agreed to check out the issue with our broken down hybrid vehicle which is an import. His garage helped me arrange transportation to them and later on to another garage. Tony was kind and honest. He couldn’t fix it as he could not get the parts but spent time on checking the vehicle plus speaking to 3 other guys about it. One he called for me the other called him. He then was happy for another garage’s technician to come to Highview to diagnose the problem. Tony and his staff were kind and polite and did everything they could to help. At the end having had our vehicle in the garage for 6 days he would not accept any payment! I would definitely recommend Highview even though they did not have the knowledge to solve our problem. It’s rare to come across such honesty and kindness.

They rescued my dad when some people tried to steal the catalytic converter off his car while he was in the Tesco's car park next door (gave him water and made sure he was OK as well as fixing his car back up for free) and today they rescued me when I dropped something in the radiator of our car and couldn't get it out. Just a great, human and decent garage. Totally recommend.

A.I have taken a range of cars to Highview Garage over many years, from when they were based near the new estate, and on through the move to their current premises, and in all that time they have been unfailingly professional, thorough and honest. Tony and his mechanics and staff are that ideal among car repair shops: people who do a good job at a fair price and who don't rip you off. It must be a good place to work too, since many of the people working there have been employed all the time that I've been bringing cars for MOTs and services - over 20 years now! W. C.Couldn't believe how quick and efficient the team at Highview were in fitting a new gearbox and clutch to my van!! I was in a tight spot with the van broken down and the guys kindly let me have it taken straight to them. They had the problem diagnosed much quicker than expected and the team were really helpful on the phone in explaining the work that needed to be done, the parts needed and the costing and I really felt in safe hands all the whole way through! I was well looked after by Highview after experiencing some less than expected service from a large branded service workshop over a period of several months, and the first time I had taken this car to an independent garage.
