I took my BM here as it’s local and his price was spot on for a full service. My car had been a damage repaired and it was the first service for two years I reckon. When I dropped it off I explained to Amit and he wasn’t fazed at all. He called me later having checked the cat over and advised a certain type of spark plugs which I went for and the cat drives like a dream now. I know for a fact he could easily have charged me more with a few bits a bobs and that was my test. This guy is real deal honest and now my mechanic for life. Thanks Amit

My Van was due a lot of work in order to be sold and hadn’t been serviced for quite sometime. Friendly, helpful, informative and all at a very reasonable service price. I’ve recently been to visit this garage as it local. Amit is probably the most professional educated technician I’ve met to date. He is polite, extremely considerate and always willing to assist on the spot with sound advice He always explains exactly what the problem is and at times I thought my engine warning light coming on could be a very serious issue having looked up the several scenarios on the net. I took my car to Hillfield garage yesterday morning thinking I was going to spend hundreds if not thousands of pounds and I would have done so if advised to. However within seconds after Amit pluggged in his computer, to my relieve, he informed as my car is turbo engines I was using the wrong fuel and had to upgrade to VPower. I took his advice. My car is running like a dream He also preformed a complete service today and double checked everything, the car is again driving like dream as well as having my service book logged and stamped accordingly I have now switched mechanics and regardless of any further faults be it small or more serious, I will be knocking on Anita door to solve and fix my car Great guy, amazing service and most importantly sound clear professional advise Thank you Amit

Hands down the best garage I have ever dealt with. They are so incredibly professional, caring, and personable whilst offering a fast turnaround service. I had some difficulties recently with my car, and these guys worked tirelessly to ensure my car was up to scratch in no time at all. I've worked with some really bad garages in the past, so I am usually really dubious when searching for a new one, but after the week I have had, I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone!!! Thanks again for all your help! ^__^

Fast and efficient, I've been told exactly what needed fixing and what's the price for the parts and labour. My Corsa needed changing spark plugs and coil pack - all done below 3 hours. Would definitely recommended!

I was told by another mechanic that my car needs an air mass filter replacement. However, when I visited Ahmed for a second opinion, he found out that the air mass filter was not the problem. The holy grail: a garage you can trust. I read the reviews and thought I'd check the place out. We'd just bought a cheap used car and I wanted to get it properly looked over before driving long distance to visit family. Dropped by late on Monday, met Ahmet and explained what i was after. He said drop the car round the next morning and he'd take a look. He called me Tuesday morning, a couple of hours after I'd dropped it off, to let me know what was needed (two new tyres fitted was the only thing really needed to make the car properly safe) and he let me know what work should be done in future with no pressure to do it now or upselling unnecessary work etc. Tuesday end of day I have the car back and more importantly peace of mind to hit the open road now. Truly unbelievable service! Can't recommend Ahmet enough. Nice guy, he seems genuinely happy to help and likewise I'm happy to part with my money for the work done. Very grateful that he squeezed me in at such short notice and sorted the tyres (which I'd noticed were bald when we bought it). Only other thing really is front brake discs and pads to be replaced but can do that down the road. Will definitely be going back to Ahmet for him to do that job now. I don't usually write reviews on here but when someone is this good then they deserve all the support they can get and as it was the Google reviews that got me to check him out in the first place then felt duty bound to verify Hillfield as five stars.

I used this garage for my brake pads. It is close to my workplace so it was convenient. The mechanic was really honest. I did not need new brake pads he just needed to clean debris out. I previously changed my brake pads when it was needed at this garage (I had my service at the dealership and I was told to change my brake pads). I did not tell him. He told me to replace the exact brake pad that the service identified. Very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely use this garage again specifically for this mechanic.

Honestly not a bad word to say about these guys. Took my car for an MOT with late notice, turned it round in a couple of hours and put me under no pressure to use them to fix any of the advisories. Will 100% be using them again

Amazing service! I took my car to Kwik Fit because of a weird noise at the back. I left it there for almost a day!! (they called me to pick it up on next morning) and still they couldn't find what was happening. Then I took my car to Hillfield Garage and the guy knew immediately what was the problem. My car was ready in less than two hours and three months later I haven't had any problem at all.

Absolutely amazed by the level of work carried out by the professional gentleman at Hillfield Garage, i dont normally write reviews but i had to make a google account to credit this organisation. Drove through a deep flood at high speed which tore many important components, when i collected my car, the car felt like i drove it out of a showroom.10/10 !

Have had really bad experiences with mechanics ripping me off in the in the past but Mike was extremely reasonably priced and explained everything he needed to do, and the cost, before he completed any work. For a girl who knows nothing about cars this was a godsend! Will be recommending to all my naïve car friends!!

Hilfield Garage was recommended by a friend to me, i had a issue with my car which is and Mercedes Benz CLA45 2016. I went to Mercedes servicing and they couldn't seem to find the problem for 3 months. I thought i would just sell my car. My Audi cabriolet 2.0 TFSI engine was heating up after short drives, car was underperforming, engine was making a rattling noise, and their were short rattled at low revs specially on incline gradients and the cars oil consumption was ridiculous. Hillfield garage pulled off a big job replaced my timing belt, timing chain tensioner, drive belt, water pump, rocker cover gasket, fuel pump guide. Car has since transformed. Thereafter, car was running lean on idle, upon inspection this was ruled out to be a vacuum leak which was sealed by replacing fuel cap, dipstick and a pipe under the manifold. Ive also had my brake switch replaced and rear brake light replaced. I’ve asked garage to use original parts only and mechanic has never let me down on workmanship or parts. This is the most honest mechanic around in North London by far. Will recommend it without a question or any doubt. The job carried out is very clean, good value with a good turnaround every time I visit.
