Hills Car Body Repairs is a fantastic car repair company that I would highly recommend. Darren is honest, clear and very timely in his communication. He explains fully what work is required, he gives clear and trusted advice. His quotes and prices are true, no hidden cost and extremely good value. His workmanship is superb. Went to get a quote for fixing the rust on my BMW and the owner kindly spent a long while talking through the work involved and was very honest and up front about what is required and the expectations. Was even honest enough to say I should wait to get this fixed in the summer rather than get it done in the winter. Had a bumper and driver side wing damage to my vehicle, took it over to Hills Car Body Repairs. Was looked after by Darren, who came to inspect the damage to the vehicle in a few seconds, even though he was busy on another job. Gave me concise details on what work needs to be done and the job was completed in a matter of hours. I opted for a cheap fix, hence the bodywork still has scratches. Darren kindly touched up the bodywork without any additional charges and I can personally vouch that my vehicle feels safe to drive 👍👍. June 2021 - I took my car here after it was damaged by a swinging hose pipe at a dodgy south London hand car wash. I would definitely recommend Hills Bodyshop for any repairs. I had a deep scratch and dent across two of my doors and also some dents around one my wheel arches, but thanks to Darren both have been repaired to a really high standard and look just like they did before. The repair took only two days, I was happy with the price, and Darren was very easy to deal with and kept in touch with updates as the job was completed. I will be going back to Hills for any future repairs and would recommend them to anyone else that needs any bodywork doing.

Overall, Excellent experience. Professional, great customer service & a very good final result. I have a classic BMW which I'm very keen to keep mint. I noticed a couple of minor rust patches on the right side door and bonnet and also the car had a half dozen tiny stone chips which also showed very beginning stages of rust. Hill's were happy to offer good advice over the phone and in person impressed with their eye for detail and good customer manner. I received a quote there and then which I felt was fair. Booked in the next week and the work was completed in 3 days sharp. The paint work was great, being a 23 yo car I had heard horror stories about getting the blend right, but I can honestly say it is seamless. I will be using Hill's for all future work on the car.

Very responsive via emails, fair pricing, good advice, very friendly to deal with, and excellent quality of work. My car had severe denting and scratches on the rear passenger door due to an unfortunate run in with a supermarket bollard! Also had a mystery dent on another door. I didn't have high hopes given the extent of the damage, but I took the car to Darren and left with his comment, "No worries, I'll get it perfect.". True to his word, the car is as good as new, with no signs of the prior damage, and even cleaned to a high standard. An impressive feat given the complex shape of the doors. Darren showed high attention to detail and is truly a skilled professional. I wish him all the best in future for his business. Not one to usually put out a review but after the service I got at Hills, I don't feel like I have a choice! Darren is the man! I knew enough to understand the advice I got from Darren was nothing but true and to the point. The level of professionalism and willingness to go out of his way and provide the service I got was top. Darren could have made me wait but instead was quick to stop what he was doing and advise me when I made my visit. Darren straight away identified the problems I had with the bodywork on my Mercedes C Class and explained my options. The day I was booked in for repairs made me feel that much more special and secure about the work to be carried out as Darren already had the shop floor cleared and set with additional parts all ready and prepped. I could rest assured knowing I was leaving my car in good hands. Just a genuinly nice guy, comforting and honest, not one to inflate prices as you could tell he was not the money grabbing type. Although extra anticipated work to complete my car was carried out, the price did not go up! In the end, I had to willingly force an extra score into Darren's hand. Darren's ambition was clear, to provide a top quality service and run an honest business, where he can pride himself with the work he does. A perfectionist who clearly cares about your car! Work carried out was also completed within two days when I was estimating a lot longer. Although Darren had run into a hiccup or two along the way but to which he had already anticipated, it did not detract from the quality of work nor the time frame he originally specified. Really happy with the work, car looks good as new. I cannot praise enough the level of service I received from Darren, he even went out of his way to take away one of my wheels to a nearby tyre shop to have a slow punture repaired, who does that?! Save yourself the headache of finding a good body shop, you have it right here. Thanks for all the hard work Darren, much appreciated. Following an accident when I my stationary car was hit from behind by what felt like a tractor!,(it was in fact a Range Rover),who despite me being stationary managed to do a considerable amount of damage to the rear of my car. I had a nasty accident with hitting a low barrier in my ford transit high roof. Darren said to come see him and he would have a look at the damage, he was very friendly and helpful and as I was quite shaken by the accident he was very calm and eased my mind. He had a look and gave me advice on the best way to get it sorted. The top drivers side was severely dented and needed a spot weld as it was taking in water. There was also a lot of paint missing. Darren had me drop it off and made an effort to get it done quick as I needed the van for work to avoid me having to hire. Thanks mate. I am absolutely amazed at how great a job he did on the damage. The van looks better than it did before the damage was done! He even buffed down some spots of bubbling/rust on the front of the van and resprayed it for me as part of the job! I didn’t ask and didn’t expect him to do that but it’s just an example of the above and beyond he decided to go to to help me feel better with the van after a really heartbreaking incident. Just before Christmas I had an accident that damaged the driver's front door and the Sidewing, which left me needing a new door and sidewing. I went online to find reliable body shop to fix my car as It was too expensive to get it done with the car's Dealers. I found Hill's Car repair and I rang Darran, I sent him some pictures of the car, he asked me to bring the car in for inspection and he explained what needed to be done on the car. He made me feel comfortable and that I could trust him, which was very rare. I bought the parts, he booked me in and got my car looking BRAND NEW. Darren spent less than 5 days on my car and I have Zero complains. The car looks great and the price was extremely reasonable

I looked online for a quote for a slight scratch to the door of my car, and was getting quotes of 250 and higher. Hills didnt give me a definite quote, they just said to bring it down to get a proper look before pricing anything. It wasnt a 250 job at all, it took him 5 mins to remove the graze on the door and was shocked at the quotes i was getting. If you need work done to your car, take it to these lads and dont bother looking elsewhere. You wont get ripped off like I nearly done and you wont find a more honest fella in London doing the work.

I had scratched my car badly on one side and also dented it and got a quote from BMW over £1500 and 4 days in the garage! I went to Darren and he repaired the entire thing for £525 in TWO days! With so many positive reviews i decided to go get an estimate for areas of my car where the paint had started to flake and speckle with age, and previous work done at other bodyshops in the past. Ended up going for a full respray when i realised other areas could also do with a touch up, and the quote was very competitive. Went to Hills after local body shopa did a horrible job on my bumper and wing THREE Times! I already spent over1k and didn't want another shady job. Local body shop screwed my bumper and wing together and covered it up with filler and a poor paint job! Hills was excellent and professional and honest. told me for best results would need new wing and bumper. Gave a good price for the parts too . Every step he did, he notified me on the way and also cleaned up and fixed alot of damage which the previous body shops left . Work as done efficiently and did my fuel flap too as a favour. Colour spot on beautiful blend as well. cars good as new now. Other places quoted me £500 just to paint it thats without the parts included which would have costed me over 1k! saved a good £300-400 pounds using hills body work and got A*results would definitely recommend to go to Hills if anyone is wanting to get the job done professionally and honestly , do it right the first time, do it with hills body work.
