I have been using Impact for many years for car servicing and MOT and anything else that my car requires. I have never had any problem with them and appreciate their help and professionalism and the quality of the work carried out. I always book in advance for routine work. Work carried out is itemised. If you have a query on anything they are happy to go through it with you. I would recommend them and I never go elsewhere.

I was really pleased with the service I received. They fitted me in at short notice and carried out the repairs at a reasonable price. The courtesy tyre check a few days later was an added bonus too.

I have used Impact twice now, for a full service and MOT of two different vehicles. The reception staff were delightful and efficient, great location and satisfactory pricing. Was not given an ETA of work done, MOT was completed fairly quickly, although the full service took from 8:30-5 - so expect your car to be in for the day. Would definitely recommend for a professional service, will be using again.

Took my car in for a timing belt change a few months ago, and after looking at some of the poor ratings here thought I should at least put on here how well I felt I was treated by them. They replaced the belt and the water pump, the price was reasonable and their attitude towards me was brilliant. They are not arrogant and don't try to sell you stuff like other 'well known' garages try to do. Would go there again and recommend to a friend.

Car broken down 360 miles from home I read the poor reviews but as the garage was next to the hotel I was staying at I had no real choice but to use them. I found the phone manner ok and the price I was quoted was reasonable so booked car in. Work carried out to my satisfaction and price quoted was price paid. All in all a good service and would not hesitate in using them again or recommending to a friend.

Heros.Had our car battery die completely after a long period in NZ. Ali(might be spelling name incorrectly -sorry) came out within 5 min; recharged the battery and restarted the car within 2 minutes and charged nothing. Thanks a million!

Many thanks to the kind folk at Garage Impact Services; never having been there before I stopped off when I realised I had no oil in the car and they filled it up for me straight away, didn't even baulk when I then realised I didn't have enough money to pay them! Blame that on sleep deprivation from two small children. I've just popped in there to pay my debt in both cash and croissants and been reminded again by how good humoured they are! Happy to recommend the team and I'll certainly be using them again in the future.

Very helpful team - easy to use the online MOT booking - tried to book for first thing in the morning but they were full. Then got a call to say if i wanted i could bring car in earlier as they had a cancellation - Also gave me some good advice on issues with my car and how to deal with them .. Thank you boys
