Had my Mercedes-Benz c250 repaired and from start to finish had great communication and very professional experience. They kept me informed with any little issues they had bumped in to and sent pics of progress. Would highly recommend these guys!

Great service! After coming home from work one day I found my Lamborghini Aventador was scratched along all panels on the right hand side (looked as though the damage was caused by a key of some sort), recommended through a close and trusted friend, I took my damaged vehicle to Imperials Group Ltd for a repair. My vehicle was repaired and ready to be back on the road within a matter of days as the management team had assured me it would be. While I was at Imperials for the initial vehicle assessment I received great customer care from the whole team as well as being offered refreshments amongst a friendly environment. All acquisitions where dealt with promptly and with a smile. Will be using their service again if required in the future. THANKS AGAIN TO THE WHOLE TEAM AT IMPERIALS GROUP!!!

Couple months ago somebody hit my car and damaged my drivers door, so went through insurance etc. They recommended me this company so went with them. Didn’t know what to expect to be honest as everything was through my insurance and seeing as they were situated literally next to the A12 and 5 minutes away from my work I thought cool. Dropped it off early in the morning and was greeted by a guy called Muz who took me through the process of everything which gave me that bit of confidence and also showed me around their bodyshop. When I picked up the car couple days later it was as if no damage happened to begin with. Everything looking sharp and am delighted with the works carried out. They even touched up certain stonechips at the front which was not even part of the job so definitely exceeded my expectations. If I have any other works I definitely will be considering them as the quality is 💯. Great work guys and keep it up!!
