Great car electric shop. Very professional and extremely friendly service. The guys explained me everything about my alarm. Not just they met my expectation but they went beyond. Just look at the pictures. You can judge a garage about how well-organised and clean it is. Well this garage is TOP from all aspect. I recommend it to anyone! I also got speakers fitted. Visited these guys for a new radio system for my Toyota Auris. I was advised and given the various options available. In the end had a new radio system with reverse camera dab apple car play and navigation fitted. All went superb from the beginning to the end. I drove 90 minutes twice to this place purely because at first they gave me a good price over the phone on an alarm & a prox sensor I wanted, (unlike most places not having stock and not bothered about their customers) My second visit was because I was not 100% sure how to fit it so i called back the next day and they booked me in for the following morning for a really good deal. So turned up no faffing, the fitter was straight on it on time. I didn't know the area so went for a wonder came back was offered a seat and then it was completed shortly after! Once you get to know them you will like them and the installer guy is really good at what he does, also explained after how my system worked. Sometimes you have to travel a little for better experience/results. Will be going back for all my other upgrades I've got for my classic car as I now feel comfortable that they know my vehicle having worked on it. 👍 They know what they are doing. I feel I can contact them if I have any issues. Im really happy so far with my alarm. Highly recommended!

Very excellent and knowledgeable company. Previously had rear speaks put into Vauxhall Astra 2016, by another audio company and all speakers in the car stopped working. Called In Car Music, they booked me straight away. Told me that my car only has 2 channels and the other company should of not put in rear speaker without adding an amplifier. In Car Music were quick to find the problem and solution, very honest and trust worthy staff. In under an hour, they got original factory car speakers working in the car and they did not over charge me for making the speakers work. They have a customer for life and I highly recommend. Very happy with the fitting of a 9inch android head unit + DAB in my old Nissan Qashqai. The unit comes built in to a replacement panel, the quality is great. Great service, good communication, given a run through demonstration. Great to have the wireless Apple Car Play, so now I've got Spotify, Waze, Youtube on the screen in the car. This place came highly recommended from a lot of people and I understand why now. I popped in August 2021 to get Apple car play set up in my E46 convertible. Anwar gave me lots of info to make my decision - I said I wanted something as close to stock as possible without cutting into the dash. He sorted this out perfectly for me. He also gave me info on some security systems they can provide which I haven’t had installed yet. Since August 2021 I’ve had two user issues with the installed unit which In Car Music have helped me to resolve myself over the phone - which saved me a lot of time without having to bring the vehicle back. Great unit installed, 2 USB’s and 1 aux input installed, and they were kind enough to leave me an iPhone cable in the car. Very neat workshop setup which shows me they take pride in their work environment and work to a high standard. Great customer service and communication, the technicians are also very friendly and helpful, very very reasonable prices for the unit+labour, and all in all a top quality job that I couldn’t be happier with. I will continue to recommend this place to friends, family and anyone who will listen!

Really 5 star service. I fitted my speakers elsewhere but I wasn't satisfied and the quality of instalation was poor. Came to these guys, booked an appointment ant they done job how it should be done. I wish I used them in first place. Really great service and prices cheaper than some other less known specialist. I was recommended to this place by a friend as I was looking for sound upgrade and security for my new VW Transporter T6.1. I was very happy with the advise and price I was given and ended up having both the sound system and car alarm done by this place. I had a Pandora Mini BT Car Alarm installed and had hertz component speakers in the front door and hertz underseat subwoofer in a custom box, powered by a 4 channel amplifier. The sound system is awesome, sounds great with good mids / highs /bass and very clean sound. The after-sales demonstration was great and explained everything I asked. This place is highly recommended for any one looking for car audio and security upgrades. You will not be disappointed. Keep up the good work and thanks for a great service

Received a head unit for Christmas, supplied by ICM. Its plug and play so decided to fit myself, really easy to do, BUT the unit didn`t work. I called ICM and they spent 20 minutes on the phone trying to troubleshoot, different ideas to see if it was a power issue etc. Still didn`t work so decided to send back and change the unit. I actually visited the shop, no issues with the swap, very helpful, and plugged it in, worked straight away no issues. The point is, ICM were there, it was not a faceless transaction, they were happy to help, nobody likes it when stuff doesnt work, but with ICM, you can be confident that they will be there to support and get it right. Great service experience

Having previously had a mechanic attempt to fit a new double din stereo to my Japanese import campervan, and give up because they couldn't get the brackets to fit, I was concerned - I needn't have worried - Anwar and co sorted it out very quickly and gave me a quick tutorial before I hit the road. Thinkware u1000. I got the twin camera model about a year ago (maybe 13mths ago). The guys did a great job installing it and once in I basically forgot about it because it did what it was suppose to. About 6 weeks ago the rear camera stopped working. So I gave them a call, explained the problem and they said bring it in for us to check. Long story short, they did their tests, then sent it to Thinkware, who in turn sent a replacement. Throughout the whole experience In Car Music kept me informed! When I bought the unit and they said "... any problems, give us a call and we'll sort it out" was not simple "sales talk", they mean it. A great bunch of guys that really want the customer to be happy with the products and service that they get. Well done and thanks again.

Excellent service. I came in for a speaker replacement for the driver side and Bluetooth connection. I was quoted £275 from another shop and was told both speakers were broken. Decided to visit In Car Music, spoke to Anwar who told me one speakers need replacing and if I wanted Bluetooth could just use FM transmitter saved myself £75. Within 2 hours all sorted. Honest, reliable, quick, efficient and inexpensive. Defo coming back for upgrades in future cars.

I had my Catalytic converter Stolen whilst at work, so I decided to fit a car alarm to prevent this from happening again. I choose a Pandora Mini BT V3 Insurance Approved Car Alarm System With Shock, Microwave & Tilt Motion Sensor, Immobiliser Tag And SmartPhone App with the help and advice from In Car Music. Ive been to In Car Music before in 2006 where I fitted a top of range Clifford alarm on my bmw E30 cabrio and was very pleased with their work which made me return back. I paid £100 deposit and booked the car in the late evening the day before I was told to bring the car in the very next day ! at 9am so i was very lucky ! to get such a fast booking slot and was told to collect the car in 4 hours : ) Again I was pleased and impressed with this Pandora alarm and love that it has an app where you can lock and unlock your car via the app and I was shown how to use the app when I collected the car by the installer. He showed me if you leave your car doors open it shows you on the app and if the car alarm went off what triggered the alarm i.e the drivers door or the boot and too many other features to mention, all in the manual. Overall I received a great professional service and it was worth the money for peace of mind. I'm planning to go back to upgrade my stereo. The Best Alarm, Stereo, Dash Cam...etc Shop in East London and still around in 2021 Thank You for work : )

I called several places around London, In Car Music was the only one that can fit me in the same week, and had the right product, as I specifically wanted Wireless Android Auto. They fitted Pioneer EVO93 on my Toyota Verso 2015, added front parking camera and underseat subwoofer, while keeping the rear camera and steering controls functions. All was neat and tidy. Useful discussion over instant messaging too prior to installation. Recommended.

BMW X5 (f15) Front and rear camera installation. I was given a time slot for the job, I arrived on time no waiting about my car was taken into the work shop for the work to be carried out “great”. I found all the staff friendly and polite, my car was booked in for a reverse camera and front camera. I was given a seat in the waiting area and even offered a cup of tea. The job was carried out professionally and the finish was superb, just like original. The engineers new what they were doing and were very knowledgable regarding the latest tech. Went in to have rear parking sensors installed. They had the colour codes ready within a day. VERY reasonable price compared to most garages and top quality work.
