I'm highly impressed by the professionalism of their team, they are really friendly and helpful. Sometimes it is hard to find good garages around you, they have been recommended to a frien of my neighbor and then she spoke wonders of their service and quality when servicing her car she switched from the brand dealership to them and couldn't be happier with the results and fair prices. Reason why it was a no brainer when came to get my car MOT, with even a greater surprise that due to Covid the MOT is free of charge till the end of July. Fantastic service from Ian. First time I've been and I called to say I had a screw in the tyre causing it to lose air. Other places may have charged me for a brand new tyre, but Ian checked first and was able to repair the tyre, much to my relief as it was brand new. Lovely, good, honest guys would thoroughly recommend going. I will certainly be recommending to friends and family.

I've used Iverson in Hanwell quite a few times over the years and they are great. I've tried several other garages before this and I can't recommend them enough. Friendly, trustworthy, quality and good value. Not something I can say about any other garage I've ever used.

U used them for the second time today. First was a few months ago when my tyre pressure control light started flashing. They checked everything was in order and not even charged me for it. Today I went there with punctured tyre, expecting £££ for the new one. They have not only fixed it on the spot and checked the pressure on others, but it costed me only £25! I expected I will be at least £150 out of pocket. Great, friendly and professional service. Thank you.

Was easy to deal with. I had my brake pads changed. The staff were friendly and professional. The only thing I would say is I had two warnings messages in the car one for the brakes and the other for service being due. When I collected the car both warnings have been reseted. This is something I didn't want but other may be happy with.

I Just had all for shocks and the tie rod ends replaced with tracking adjusted and my car feels like new. For a 20 year old BMW I'm chuffed to bits and the price was very competitive. These guys stayed in touch throughout the day and gave a good time window for when the car would be ready. Highly reccomend.

The single best garage experience I have ever had. Thank you to Ian and Chris for being attentive, knowledgable, professional and efficient. I went to have my wheels fully aligned after new shocks and tie rods had been fitted to my E60 BMW. I have had this work performed elsewhere in the past but never, ever, with this level of interaction and to such a confidence boosting standard. The car was correctly weighted in front seats , rear seats and boot before the procedure. The Hunter analysis was accurately described and the solution defined . At my request they also checked the front wheel balancing and we found that the inner and outer weighting had been incorrectly applied askew (by another garage) so this was corrected. The car now drives and steers with true BMW pecision - NIrvana! In common with most people I surf the web and read a lot of reviews but generally I do not write any. These guys are SO GOOD and clearly CARE ABOUT THEIR WORK that I feel compelled to recommend them unconditionally.
