I went to see Gareth at Jack Barclay bodyshop, Burr Road just after an accident to my wing mirror. I was still a bit shaken up but he was so incredibly kind and talked me through the extent of the damage and reassured me they could help...and it wasn't a problem. On the spot they took the car in, sourced the spare parts for me and the car looks better than new! They are extremely efficient, VERY professional and couldn't have offered better service or advice. I felt in very safe, trusted hands and they now have a client for life!! I honestly can't recommend Gareth and the bodyshop team enough. I have been using them for the last few years and can honestly say the customer service really is second to none! My car is always washed after any work and they are always helpful with any concerns or complaints (if any) A wonderful team, it’s always a positive experience dropping my car off to Jack Barclay Audi. I really really hope that the mechanics are completely on a lot better level then the guy who is "complimentary" washing the vehicles. I used their services for first time. It took a bot more time for booking the service, but definitely I will refuse the complimentary wash next time.

I had a good experience, only took my car for diagnose. Very good customer services even over the phone when I called for the first time to book the appointment the lady was friendly. Charlie was the man that i dealt with, very polite.

Very very happy with the service I received from Rodney! Rodney took in my Bentayga and stored it for me what turned out to be a long time. This Bentayga was an absolute dog of a car and needed some TLC. The first step for me was to have the Bentley safeguard systems fixed under warranty which was sorted out. A full report on the car was provided with recommended work. I asked Rodney if he could hang onto the car while I straightened out the V5 document with the DVLA so they could get me a key ordered and coded. I had some requests from Rodney and he sorted them nearly instantly! Unfortunately it got to the point where the time the car was there and I felt like it might be taking the mick. Dropping the car off and picking it up wasn't done by me, I had a mate do that as he lives closer to the service centre than I do. Rodney communicated by e-mail with me all the time and was very attentive. This service centre has always been good to me, I've had a few Audi's serviced there and they seriously can be hundreds of pounds cheaper than the main dealers. Cannot recommend this place anymore, it's worth the journey even if it isn't local to you.

The best service I have ever received from any 'main dealer' garage. I got a courtesy car free of charge, Chris and his team kept me updated throughout and the car came back cleaner than when I bought it. To top it all off, the price on the bill was less than I had been quoted which was already very competitive for Audi. Would not take my RS4 anywhere else. Just excellent!!

If your business is like ours, you need a company that knows Bentley parts that can get you the correct part the first time; who takes an interest in selling parts in the US market, who you can find them at every RROC (Rolls-Royce Owners Club) once a year national meet--and speak with them directly! Ask for Terry Lupton if calling from the United States, he will direct you to the correct person to get you the correct parts, tell him Sam Smyth sent you, Terry Lupton and his parts 'Crewe' have become my best of friends. From years of business and knowing one another,Terry knows how to pick the parts people and get things done; his staff is one of the very best, don't take my word for it, try it yourself! I've now had my A1 serviced here three times and the service has been excellent. The site is so big that if your car goes in for bodywork it's all on site so no taking your car to another part of town once you've dropped it off here. My father also had a new clutch fitted here on his S4 and had a major service at the same time. The beauty of this place is that they don't fully book themselves up meaning that should you have a major (unexpected) issue (ie: broken clutch) they can take your car in at ten minutes' notice. Well done Chris and the team. Keep it up!

Have had my Audi A6 Allroad serviced with Jack Barclay for the last two years, and I've had a great experience each time. Recently I had a turbo control unit fail, which I'm told is a rare failing and the car needed to be kept for 2 weeks while they got new unit shipped and software to test same. They did a fantastic job of keeping me updated, giving me a courtesy car when it was delayed and finally the bill for works rendered was very reasonable. Lastly ask for Keith. He always does a great job with consistent updates. B
