b. p.Found the Manager from the Blackheath branch, Jim, to be helpful, informative and professional. The tyres are priced well and the staff pleasant.
The Mobile Service contact having emailed they were en route, simply didn’t arrive. I therefore drove to the Kwik Fit branch Blackheath. The Customer Service was simply exemplary and quite refreshing.
H. K.Found the two men working there to be so nice, so helpful and replaced my headlight very quickly. They even checked my wipers when I told them I was having a problem with them, gave them a clean and showed me what I need to do in future. Really pleased with the service!

The manager took time out to explain in detail the functionality of tyres and what to look out for and how to manage when driving - the car mechanic did a brilliant job, all for free!
