After an issue with my MOT they kept me up to date and gave me a number of different options to fix it. They then managed to get it in for a re-test earlier than expected. All the staff I dealt with were friendly and professional, and went above and beyond to get my car back to me as quick as possible.

I was at KwikFit Charlton 11 months ago and I did the service to a car and I had a great experience. Service, professionalism of the staff and description of the work carried out on the car. Yesterday I did another full service on another car with 60,000 miles. Again, great service and great customer service. They have always kept me informed during the process and during the service of the car. I was really happy with the car and all the checks that have been done. I think it's the best Kwik Fit in South London. I have other bad experiences in other garages and I recommend this one to anyone looking for a service or mot on a car.

I needed a tyre replaced, I phoned and was advised to bring the car straight round. I did so and they were able to take it straight in and the tyre was done in less than half an hour. I would advise to phone first as they can be busy at times.

Absolutely satisfied with my experience. I was booked in for 11am for a new tyre but my partner fell unwell at work therefore needed an earlier slot before picking I went to pick her up. The gentleman over the phone was very police and helpful and saw to it that I would be seen earlier. Once I got there, the car was taken in almost immediately and the guy who carried out the work on the car was again very helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely be booking the car in again. Booked easily and friendly service. I wanted to see where the source of my oil leak was. Was told by their mechanic it was from the gear box and unfortunately they do not work with gear boxes. I had to take it elsewhere. Local mechanic cleaned and found the leak was from a seal near the oil filter housing. I'm not an expert but I dont think this is in the gear box. I'm also not sure how they could find the leak without cleaning and washing out first. I assume maybe they dont do full checks for leaks and they just gave a suggestion but would have been nice to have been told on booking.

Service was fast, helpful and efficient.........sadly the MOT assessor didn't have a clue what he was doing and failed my car for no reason.....I literally made no changes and took it to another garage who passed it without any issues. Just goes to show, just because they are a national company doesn't mean to say they know anything about cars!!!

The tyre pressure light kept coming on and I was quite sure I had a slow puncture. Took it to kwik fit Charlton who saw me immediately, showed me the imbedded nail and fixed the slow puncture in less than 45 minutes. Unfortunately about 2 hours later the light came back on, so the next day I took it back to kwik fit Charlton and it was clear there was a secondary puncture in the same tyre which again, they repaired straight away with no further cost to myself. Great team super friendly and speedy service. What more can you ask for. Thanks guys!

I recently used Kwik Fit - London - Charlton for an MOT + Service. I'm globally satisfied with their level of service and with the friendliness of the staff; as somewhat expected, they will always try and offer you to buy more stuff; in my case, i'm happy with my extra purchases (brake discs & pads, new tires) because they were actually needed, and the 1st real money that i spent on my car in 5 years. One small situation occurred: After my initial visit, i ran some diagnostics on my car and had an oil pressure engine fault; so i had to take it back to the shop to have the sensor replaced; not sure if this issue was linked to the oil filter / oil change (as part of the service procedure) but it was a £30 job so i'm happy that it was resolved nonetheless.

Top team at Kwik Fit, really helped us when in a bind. Sunday afternoon and our drivers side window was stuck open. Kwik Fit don't service the electronics but very helpfully allowed us to leave the car overnight and collect this morning. They've been great replacing our tyres in the past and we really appreciate the generosity to allow us to park the car overnight when no gain to them. 5 Stars all round, and special thanks to Frankie!

Frankie was absolutely amazing, I got a relative to drop me off with the damaged tyres. The tyres was replaced so quickly. Before I could call my relative to come and pick me up, Frankie had arranged to take my wheel home, he walked with me the 15 minutes and he carried the wheel back up the hill to the house. Absolutely amazing service, he is without doubt a true ambassador for the company and will go far. Couldn’t thank him enough.

Needed an MOT and service on my van. Both were completed in prompt fashion. I was advised my breaks would need looking at soon. (I did have a feeling the breaks may need looking at before taking it in) There was no pressure to have the work completed by this centre. Staff were very polite and helpful. After a few days I decided to book my vehicle in. I had new discs and pads. I left the vehicle with them and received a call advising when the work would be completed. I Arrived a bit early and the vehicle was already finished and ready to drive away. No issues. Happy with all the work carried out. helpful staff who attended to me as soon as I walked in.

There used to be a time when customer service was not a big thing in garages but we have a winner in Kwik Fit Charlton. Phone etiquette is really good to. Very clean office and spacious well laid out parking with the appropriate markings. It is close by to where I live which gives it added value.

1st of all I want to start by saying don't listen to the bad reviews, this is the best Kwik fit in London.. Maybe even England. The people who give bad reviews are probably just the sort that don't like the fact their car is a heap. The staff here from apprentice up to manager are spot on, considering their a really busy site everybody does the best they can to help as soon as physically possible, obviously everybody's problem is major to them but that goes for everyone else so that means that it gets done when it can. I use this place for everything mechanical as the knowledge is second to none.. the team is fairly new here but from another Kwik fit and considering it normally takes ages to settle in these lot have creamed it.. can't beat a Kwik fit fitter... Well done to you all.

Offered tea and coffee but no coffee available, even though a number of customers mentioned it the staff did not pick up on this. The toilets were a disgrace. No toilet paper, filthy sink and the drier didn't work. I was a little disappointed.
