First time visiting Kwik Fit and wasn’t sure what to expect. Had a nail in my tyre and wanted to get it sorted quickly. Arrived just an hour to closing and Floyd very kindly registered me and went on to review the tyre. He and his team (they were all great!) managed to fix it in no time and we were out of there in less than an hour. I couldn’t commend them enough, so friendly and efficient! Will be recommending them to all my family and friends.

Quick, friendly and efficient tyre repair - £27, including balance and valve, not bargain basement but for zone 1 does the job required. Probably not the place to go if you have mechanical problems or a MOT is required (someone came in with a water leak whilst I was there, that they just couldn’t help with) a good independent is probably best (Search Firella Stockwell) - for exhausts and tyres these chaps will be competitive and quick however - their specialism.

I had my car MOT'd and AC re-gassed here in April. Gem, Jamil and the team were extremely professional and timely with the bookings. They were very forthcoming with any advisories, which is comforting being an enthusiast. A courtesy call was given prior to arrival with an update of the traffic conditions on Walworth Rd as it is a busy main artery for South East London. I highly recommend this branch to others that live in central/south London.

The staff is very helpful in explaining to me in details about some of the faults in my car. They communicated effectively with me in face and over the phone, giving update. No hidden costs. Very competent and diligent staff, discharging their duties to customers as promised.

I had a flat tyre warning and this was the nearest place I could get to. I didn't catch the name of the person who I dealt with (young guy) but he went above and beyond to help me. Unfortunately I had a nail in the tyre and needed it replaced, as it was a specialist tyre, it wouldn't arrive until the next day. I was travelling through on my way elsewhere so couldn't wait. He and another colleague glued and secured the hole, enough for me to make the one hour onwards journey safely. When I got to my final destination I was told by the garage, whoever fixed this did a fantastic job and I could probably have gone for miles without any issues. Just want to say a huge THANK YOU for your help and professionalism. It would have been easier to say you couldn't deal with it but you took the time and did it anyway. Thank you for also making my daughter feel at ease while she was waiting on the sidelines!

I went for a service and MOT. I thought it was good value and it was done on time. It’s hard to judge the quality, as I wasn’t given any feedback except for some on the state of the car’s tyres Sadly the guys who checked us in and out had no customer service skills (training).

Got a quote from these guys for four new tyres on my MINI Cooper and an MOT. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, and did their best to get me a good deal. Phoned back the same day and booked it in for a few days later with no hassle. On the day dropped off the car no problem, then got a courtesy call later in the day to let me know my car was ready. All straightforward and good customer service. I’d definitely bring my car back again. Thank you! :-)

Went to Kwik-Fit this morning to replace a tyre and have the tracking reset on my car. When I arrived, I was welcomed by a really nice guy called Tony. Tony was very polite, explained the waiting time and offered me a place to wait. Within about 50 minutes, my car was ready to go. Excellent service.

I came here after visiting the Old Kent road branch where the staff did not even give me eye contact. All they said was “we don’t have the part you have to go to Blackheath”. They were very rude and unapproachable and extremely unprofessional. However the guys at elephant and castle were so very professional and helpful. They cared about me as a customer gave me eye contact, offered me coffee and sorted my car in less than an hour. They are true professionals and very nice caring guys. I had a flat tyre which had me worried, I took my car today into Kwit Fit Elephant & Castle thinking I would need to buy a new one. I got seen straight away and my tyre got fixed within 10 mins!
