Needed a service as the car sounded really rough and the battery played up. Also car wouldn’t start after I had parked up at KF, so was quickly jump started and on the ramp. New battery and a service and alls good. I paid ulez to come to this garage as Kal and his team always do a great job !

I have to thank Dave, Khalill and Fiz, together with there team here for getting our adapted (with ramps for wheelchair users) Citroën vehicles through their MOT's. We have 3 vehicles and each needed there MOT done, unfortunately the vehicles were not without some issues, but the team here were determined to get our vehicles back on the road. It has to be said that they contributed massively to keeping theses vehicles available to us so that we could continue to provide a service to some of our communities most vulnerable individuals. I had a very good experience, twice. The first time they saved me from my old car [and I thank them for that] and the second time, the made sure that my new car is safe and in the best possible condition. Sam, the engineer responsible for my car, did more than we have agreed and I only paid the agreed amount. They even suggested further checks, for issues that they could not look at in their space. I highly suggest them to anyone, without a second thought.

Always a 5 star service when i visit Kwik Fit! Wonderful honest staff who make you feel like a valued customer. I had to get my rear break pads looked at following on from an MOT late last year. I was initially greeted by Kim who remembered me and gave me such a genuine welcome. She was very informative and extremely helpful. I think this will be my second encounter with Kim and i must say both times I've felt like she has gone above and beyond to help with my requests. A few days later I then communicated with Hafiz over the phone who was just as helpful. He managed to fit me in the following morning to get my car looked at. I felt very reassured that my car was in absolute safe hands and to my delight he was able to complete all the work the very same day. I was worried that i would also have to replace the discs which would be another expense but Hafiz informed me that these were fine. I really appreciated his honesty and valued his expert opinion. Outstanding customer service all round! I will always bring my car back here.

Two visits served by Ash, Kim, Colin and Hafeez .... all in all I can honestly not say enough good things about this particular branch and the staff. On both occasions I have observed the team really go above and beyond to try and serve customers whilst offering the highest level of customer service with honest and genuine expert advice. I have been to many branches and have had the best level of service and repair at this particular branch even during covid. These guys deserve acknowledgment for the genuine and attentive service to all customers on both occasions as well as resolving my tyre repair despite when other Kwick fit branches would have been given a 1 star for their service (a separate complaint).

An easy full five star review for this Kwik Fit and its manager, the delightful Kim. I arrived rather stressed as I had broken down with a dead battery, Kim took the time to help me look up which one I needed even though she was busy with many other customers. While I had a short wait for the battery, I could see how well she dealt with other customers and their children - it was a pleasure to watch. The garage itself was spotless, and the mechanics were all courteous and seemed knowledgeable and helpful. A great experience, and I would not hesitate to recommend this Kwik Fit.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Excellent service, not just for tyres, but MOT and service as well. For 3 years now I've been having my car MOT'd and serviced at this branch on Goldhawk Road. And you can get the service book stamped so you continue to have FSH. Prices are half what you'd pay at the dealership. Previous manager was very good but current manager, Kim, is outstanding - extremely professional, knowledgeable and efficient. All the mechanics I've met have been professional and courteous too. Called last week to book an appointment for my car air con re-gas. Spoke with Kim who was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. Kim booked me in at the earliest convenience. When i arrived i was greeted by Kim who explained the process to me. I was given an estimated time for it to be completed. I was offered a seat in the reception area and had chat with Kim. While i was waiting she gave me information on having my car serviced and printed me out a document that explained what i needed doing and when. Kim was very very helpful. I am a wheelchair user and need my car for work and to get around, I went to Hammersmith Kwik Fit today 10 minutes before closing because somebody had damaged my tyre, Kim the manager was very friendly and helpful and immediately said yes of course we can do this for you, she then got Ash even though I am sure it was passed closing time on a Friday he had a smile on his face and very professionally changed my tyre. Easy to book on line, 30% cheaper than the Audi dealer. Arrived at the workshop on time and left on time. Work was to fit 2 new tyres at the front. Nothing to complain about. Fast, affordable and efficient. I would put a full 5 star if the waiting room was better heated and a little better fitted. The chairs, the (free) coffee machine and toilets are slightly below standards. But still, a good experience. Thanks for that.

The Kwik fit manager was helpful, but watch out for the clever upsells like wheel alignments, selling more tyres, etc. My tyre could have been replaced in 1/3rd of the time if the staff weren't sharing videos with each other and hanging around laughing all the time.

I would like to praise the amazing service and attention to my car from Kwik Fit Hammersmith Goldhawk. During Covid Quarantine, I was using my car to deliver PPE and medical supplies to the vulnerable in the area. Unfortunately I ran over (3) nails and one of my tyres needed replacing. Kim (the manager) managed to fit me in an hour after I called and replaced my tyre on the spot. She was very friendly and also involved Zack who kindly checked my battery and alternator health in the car while I was on site. Hi, I had my tyres, fronts brakes, disks, pads replaced and MOT carried out by Hafiz the Chiswick, Goldhawk garage. I don’t know where to go exactly for a review, but I just wanted to pass on how great the service was that I received. Kwik Fit is a national chain of tyre suppliers. They've added other services over the years like MoT's and servicing, but at heart they are a tyre place. I've taken my car to Kwik Fit for a few years, always to the same branch on Goldhawk Road in London. Every time I go I always feel a little disappointed. The reception area floor needs a good clean, the walls need to be painted, there are always parts on the floor behind reception. None of this is the main problem with Kwik Fit. The main problem is the staff. On my visit yesterday, at least two staff had not turned up for work. The manager called them in clear earshot of the waiting customers while one technician tried to do four peoples work. A different technician turned up late to help, the other two didn't show up in the 50 minutes I had to wait. They could do better.

Their mechanics directly explain issues to you and are accountable. I have used them to replace a cracked exhaust, replace a punctured tyre, replace worn brakepads and get an MOT. Dave & Hugo sorted out my tyre which I had told them had a slow puncture. In fact they found it had a bloody great nail in it so they had to change the tyre. Naturally I was in a hurry, hadn't had lunch, no Snickers to hand, so was very fed up. They did it straight away and I was very grateful. Of course if the first branch of KwikFit that I went to had looked at the tyre they would have seen that it needed more than a puncture repair (which they couldn't do because their machine was broken) and I needn't have gone to the Hammersmith branch at all! But all's well that ends well.

Managed to get appt for mot. Needed brake pads but didnt have stock and had to leave car overnight. Busy place and fheir coffee station was filthy. Nobody had any coffee.
