So far only good experiences with this garage. The boss here is very correct and polite, he explained in details what I was paying for. Showed the quote to an acquaintance who has been in the car business for long years and said the quote was fair and even slightly below going rates. For someone like me who knows very little about cars this gives peace of mind. Imo these fellas are trustworthy and I would definitely recommend them.

Mr. Halili was very courteous, polite and professional and did everything to resolve the issues I had with my vehicle in a timely manner. I experienced a few issues with my vehicle with wear and tear and Mr. Halili talked me through what was required repairs wise and why which was extremely helpful. Kwik Fit Hendon - 1st Class Went to Kwik Fit Colindale, London about a week ago and posted the worst possible review, but I have had to visit Kwik Fit again (not by choice, but because my lease company have asked me to use Kwik Fit, as they have an account with them!). This time I went to Kwik Fit in Hendon (never going back to Colindale - rather poke my eyes out with a poker!!!) and the service levels are like chalk and cheese!! The manager is really accommodating and sorted out my 4 tyres as quickly and efficiently, as he had to get 2 of the tyres in the following day. The manager. Agim, called me to let me know when the tyres were in and ready for me to come in and get fitted, which was done efficiently and quickly by their mechanic Mohammed. Special mention must be given to Agim the manager.....top man and runs a tight professional centre. Well done Kwik Fit Hendon! 👍👍👍

I had found reaching the centre on time very difficult because Google Maps (on my PC from home, not the satnav phone App) misinformed me AND because when I asked the Kwik Fit call centre for the Hendon branch phone number, they put me through to Southend instead ! But the manager was VERY sympathetic, and he let me have the slot I had booked, although I was well over the 10-minute time limit by the time I arrived. All the staff I saw were working hard meeting a variety of different requests, both booked and off the street - altogether a cheering experience after the usual North London Friday afternoon traffic horrors.

I had 2 flat tyres and the tread was worn. The team quickly raised my car on the cool yellow lift. The manager Mr Agy came out to help himself as they were so so busy . He quickly showed me the tracking was screwed up which is why my treads were all worn on the inside. There was a problem with the online booking but the staff at the centre not only did their best to sort things out quickly and efficiently but also clearly care about their work. Whilst I was having a MOT/service I mentioned some other issues which they investigated. After a couple of hours they sent me pictures and called having managed to uncover and suggest a fix for the underlying reason - something 3 other garages had clearly missed! This was my first experience of this branch but I will be going back!

Thanks to the team at Kwik Fit! My old A class banger blew up on the M1 and in a quite scary experience only just managed to reach this Kwik Fit. I had been driving it into the ground for years. There was no point in fixing the car (alternator jobby). Classic understatement given by one of the Kwik Fit staff "Sir, this car is in very poor condition" as it sat smoking in their parking lot. So the next day I come back in my new (used) Land Rover Discovery Sport for a service, quite the upgrade! Very easy to book online for a service the next day, even had some discount codes available. The team found some additional issues with badly corroded brake dics, and worn pads. Thankfully the dealership I bought from agreed to pay those costs, so now I get to mentally knock off that cost from my purchase price. And now my brake pads are covered for a lifetime warranty, and will be replaced when worn down according to the Kwik Fit manager. Very nice! Can't fault the Kwik Fit team, very speedy service and happy to keep the car while I spoke with my car dealership about what they'd pay for. There were some minor paperwork issues that the manager sorted out no issues when I came back the following day. Thanks again!

Competitively priced and well run Kwik Fit with no messing around. I called up at 0930 this morning to order a specific Michelin tyre. Agim Halili (the centre manager) ordered in the tyre within an hour. I was towed to the Kwik Fit and the car was hoisted up and its wheel was changed within 20 minutes as promised

Helpful staff who showed and explained to me the legally acceptable tyre tread of 1.6mm. I was shocked to realise I had been driving around on three tyres which were almost bald and had been conned by my previous garage who had supposedly fitted new tyres in July to pass the MOT. You just need to be prepared to wait if you come here as it’s drop ins so they get pretty busy.

Just want to say that i was quite impressed with the service I received from the branch. I think the manager’s name is Iqbal if I am not wrong. One on the tyres on my M6 indicated pressure loss. Iqbal organised his guys to check it out swiftly and found out the pressure was dropped but no indication of a puncture. I was more than happy to change if need it. But Iqbal advised that the loss off pressure is very minimal and if It is a actual puncture the pressure would have dropped significantly. He could have easily replaced the tyre and charged me £400 but he was genuine. He got a customer for life. Iqbal is a great asset to the company. Thanks

I've had passes with warning. This allows me to know of issues, and do something about issues before next MoT. I've had first time passes. Great feeling of reassurance as you Trust the MoT and safety it brings. I've always passed the MoT eventually at the end, and it feels great. I've listened and acted over the MoT advice given over the years and hey my car's still happily going 12+ years. Great. Keep seeking thorough MoTs and you live longer, car lasts longer, and will probably save you money in the long run too. Branch Location easier to reach once you know how. I usually book and pay my Kwik-fit MoT online since they started online MoT bookings. I get email payment receipt and confirmation. You are also able to instead phone the branch to book and pay for MoT. Nowadays, 2019, you don't need to bring any documents with you. The car should already have a valid car insurance, and have Road Tax, and a Vehicle Logbook (identity papers of the car). The MoT will check this automatically online during the MoT. The results of the MoT are given to DVLA almost immediately. Kwik-fit will also issue you with MoT papers, and print out of payment receipt if requested. You are able to go online to the Gov MoT check website and see if your car MoT has been updated. Similarly, you are able to check the Road Tax of your car. Have seen and heard many satisfied reassured people have various large services here. I've seen high end and low end cars here, all sorts, 2 wheel and 4 wheel drive cars, BMW, Mercs, Audi, VW, Honda, Hyundai, Ford, Vauxhall, Renault, Seat, Peugeot, Mini,... Also please note that this Kwik-fit branch does Not seem to have nails everywhere on site, unlike many other branches. Other services: I've never had so much pressure or pushing or hard sell to get anything done here. No. They tell you the situation as it is, and it's up to you in the end to decide. Thanks.
